This has been my worst experience with a house project. The job started out okay, but was delayed for certain reasons which would have been fine had special preparation been made and communication throughout the project. Because of negligence, water damage from rain happened throughout the house, drywall was hung without proper insulation behind it, and other areas where care was not taken to doing a quality job. Contractor was not seen or heard from for some time, but complained when he didn't receive a check because he wasn't showing up. As the job came toward the end, the quality of work and people doing the work, was done very sloppy...
