Cesar is a true professional. He s easy to talk to talk to. He listens to what the customer wants and completes the job in a timely manner. He has great ideas which helped us build the deck we always wanted. I would highly recommend Cesar for any home projects. We can t wait to see him for our next home project!

Cesar Losada owner of Four Seasons Enterprises is the best contractor I ve ever worked with. He is reliable and was willing to work with us, including many changes we decided on as the project progressed. He is a craftsman and his work is not like anything I ve seen. We had or outside deck enclosed and had an additional outside deck added. When we were deciding on what we wanted done Cesar walked with me through our Condo development and looked at other enclosure that had been done. When we had finished, he asked which one liked best. When I told him, he said no, you re going to like the one I build the best . He wasn t lying. All our neighbors agree that he did a beautiful job.

Our whole family is thrilled with our new deck. Cesar was excellent throughout the whole process. He provided insightful advice as we laid out our plans as well as offering different options to meet our budget. The workshop is excellent and he was extremely fair and easy to work with. Four Seasons remodeled my basement. From start to finish the job that was done was phenomenal. They made the entire process of what comes along with a remodel stress free. They listen to what you want but also offers suggestions and help when needed for layouts, design and materials. Their attention to detail was superb. They were very respectful and professional and the work space was kept very clean, neat and tidy. Four seasons is a master at their craft and the pride they take in their work really shows. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right, which seems to be a rarity today. After dealing with several contractors, FOUR SEASONS is a rare gem with high expectations that produce quality workmanship. My basement is the best room in my house and I have gotten so many compliments. As my daughter said, this room should be on HGTV or in a design magazine. I highly recommend them and would hire Four Seasons again.

Cesar removed our old pressure treated wood deck and built us a beautiful composite deck last summer/fall 2016. We had been in discussions with him for a month or two trying determine the look of our new deck. He was so patient with us during this process. We could not be more pleased with our beautiful new deck. Cesar was timely, worked neatly, gave us an absolutely gorgeous end product and was extremely fairly priced. He was one of three contractors we spoke with about our project. Like cream, he floated to the top. We are currently speaking with him about a couple of other projects for our home. We could not be more pleased with his work ethic and professionalism and would recommend him most highly.

I contacted Caesar about replacing my wood deck with a composite material. I appreciated that he took the time to research and offer a few pricing options. Once we decided on what would work best for my needs we agreed to start the work. Caesar kept me informed on material and dumpster delivery dates, when he would start and finish the job. Everything was done on time and done beautifully. I am 100% pleased with the entire process and the end result. Very happy that I found Four Seasons. I had planned to hire a different contractor for my basement reno, but Cesar had a very competitive bid and seemed really easy to work with. This turned out to be one of Cesar's best selling points...... He's very flexible and easy to work with and for me, this is as important as the craftsmanship itself (which is also good). I'm looking forward to hiring him again for another project very soon.

Cesar was terrific! He showed up (on time) expecting to do a deck build estimate, but had been mis-referred by Home Advisor for only a deck repair. Rather than leaving on the spot he took the time to understand the problem we were having-seeing how he could help. He saw that the issue was dangerous and scheduled a time to come back later that week to make some adjustments (even though he was not gaining anything directly from doing so). He understood that we had a party of young kids coming in a few days and made making our deck safe a priority. It is rare to find someone who has values like that and follows through, does what they say they will do. Honest. Does the right thing. Very impressed. i would highly recommend him to anyone.

Cesar and his crew are very dependable, always on time and the price was reasonable. He built a 10 x 20 deck and it looks beautiful! We just finished hosting Memorial Day BBQ on our new deck and all of our friends and family complimented the deck. We have many other projects lined up with Four Seasons Enterprise. Trustworthy company with strong work values, my Husband and I are very happy to have found Cesar.

We feel that Millennium Construction went above our expectations, and they were wonderful to have doing one of our many projects. Now have a great company to work with, on all the other projects we have been wanting to do. They were on time every morning, very professional. The knowledge of what we wanted to do and ways we could go about doing it, were explained well, with care and knowledge. They went out of their way to make sure that what was going to be done, was explained once again, on the first day of work. They did an amazing job! The cost was well within our budget, and they asked before adding extra work to the job/cost. Thank you!
