Very good quality job at very reasonable price. Eric and his crew replaced my roof, starting on time, and finishing early. Very good cleanup, and even though my yard was soft and muddy, I can hardly tell they were there. Would definitely hire again.

Located and repaired on the spot for very reasonable amount. We won’t know for sure that it was the only leak until we have another couple of downpours but hope that was all we needed.

I called Eric about a leaking roof and he called me back promptly and came out the next day as promised. I showed him where the leak was from inside the attic and he went right to work! He climbed up on my very steep and high roof and went through all the seams in the area where it was leaking. He said he found the leak and plugged it up. (I had another different roofer who had come out twice before and the roof was still leaking and kept putting me off) He also noticed another issue and brought it to my attention which I appreciated very much. I would definitely recommend Eric as he strikes me as an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable roofer. He explained to me in detail how the leaks happen. If I ever need a roofer again, I will call Ericsen!

I called Eric to look at a leak in my roof. He came the next day to check it out and out a new vent pipe on. He was polite, professional, and did not even charge me. I had called 4 other roofing companies to check the leak out, half of which never showed up and the other half telling me that I needed to redo my entire roof. I really appreciated the honesty of Ericsen Contracting and would recommend them.

Ericsen was great with their communication, and was very prompt with their response to my issue. Other contractors came earlier in the day, and quoted us about $8000 to fix the entire roof. That contractor did not even get onto the roof. Ericsen climbed right onto to the roof, found the problem, and replaced it with a $25 part on the spot. No extra charge. He then was able to tell us the roof should be good for another 10 years. We will definitely be contacting him if we have any other issues, and When the time comes for us for a new roof.

Eric and his crew were very professional and thorough in all aspects of the project. They were very responsive to our input. They took special attention to care for the bushes and shrubbery around the house (which was important to us). They were very hard working and cleaned up every day before leaving.

Eric was called at 9pm the prior evening and he showed up at 9am the next day. Very responsive. He took a look at the problem and said since it was so small he would attempt to fix it on the spot. He rate was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again

Once again we are so impressed with the excellent quality work, prompt communication, and very reasonable price. Two years Ericsen Contracting but a new roof on our barn. We got three estimates and his was by far the lowest, yet still used the same high quality materials and techniques. Since then we have had him re-roof our caretakers house and a detached garage. Again we were thrilled with the job. Next fall it will be the main house. I can't recommend him highly enough! He is a pleasure to work with!

Eric's pricing quotes are very competitive with the local market. He is very organized with his scheduling and shows up with his crew when he says he's going to. Eric is also very trustworthy. In my line of work, I depend on professional contractors like Ericsen Contracting to help me keep clients on both sides of the contract happy, which is crucial to keeping deals together. Eric explained to me what the problem was and how he was going to go about repairing it. Work was done fast and in a professional manner. Although this was not an emergency he came on the same day as my call to him. I certainly would use his services again.

Excellent. Roofing shingles match those of our house shingles very well. A roof vent was installed as well as an ice barrier. The price was $300 less than another quote we received. Job well done. We are satisfied.

Eric and his team replaced my roof over the summer. Not only did he give me the best price out of many estimates, but he did a great job and was easy to work with. He completed the work within the estimated time and price, showed up on time each day, cleaned up like he was never here, and did a beautiful job on the roof. Furthermore, the very first time I called him was in the middle of a storm with water coming in. He was the only contractor willing to come out THAT DAY to see what we were dealing with and for that, I will forever be grateful. Eric and his team showed up when they said they would, worked hard in the blazing sun, did everything to code or better (including getting the permit from the town), and cleaned up after themselves.

Ericsen Contracting did a fantastic job replacing our roof. I strongly recommend them. From the estimate to driving their trailer away when the job was done, Ericsen did superb, detailed work. The only roofer to actually climb on the roof for the estimate, I was impressed with his quote: it promised to do more than anyone else and at a lower cost (lower by about a thousand dollars). And he delivered. During the job, the owner was on site the entire time. While we tried to stay out of his way, he minimized the impact on us. And cleanliness: he and his crew kept our driveway and yard spotless. He started on time and finished ahead of schedule. I cannot speak highly enough about Ericsen Contracting. Strongly recommended. I'd hire them again for any home repair or renovation needs.

They did an excellent job installing a new roof on our home. High quality workmanship. They stuck to their schedule and showed up everyday as promised. Hard working crew that cleaned up after themselves. We bought all of the roofing supplies because we originally had another contractor scheduled to do the roof, so our cost was for labor & installation only.

Eric was very prompt in calling me back. He showed up the next day for an estimate, which he provided the following day. His cost was very competitive and his estimate gave exact details of how the work was to be done. This was important to me in that he documented up front exactly how the job was to be done. Eric and his assistant Chris showed up on the scheduled day and worked 8-5 everyday (unless it was pouring) through blazing August heat and humidity. They tore off the old roof in 1 day, had the new sheathing boards in place within the next 2 days and tarped the roof in case of rain. They then worked for 2 weeks straight until all the shakes were laid. The whole project took 16 days. The end result was phenomenal and the roof looks perfect. I would hire Ericsen Contracting again without hesitation!

I was given 2 quotes due to possible damaged areas that could not be fully seen during his on site estimate. His final cost was actually under the higher amount quoted. The job was completed in the estimated time given and area was cleaned up professionally. Little extra work was done with no add on charge. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. We are very pleased with the final outcome and would highly recommend his services.

I was very impressed with their attention to detail and doing extra things that were not specifically in the contract but needed to be done. Did not charge extra for these. Cleaned up the area after the job was done so it looked like no one had been there. Were there when they said they would be there. Intend to use again for a siding job.
