Eric met my schedule to replace a leaking roof (10/01/2024), explained the process, the timeline, materials, personnel, cleanup, and gave me a competitive price. He followed through on all items and was on site from beginning until the end, he delivered. I strongly recommend Ericsen Contracting.

Total roof replacement and skylights. Eric put some pricing together about 4 years ago for me upon purchase of my home. He came through over 4 years later! Eric and his crew worked tirelessly and long days to get the job done. It looks amazing; and he came through on every promise he made. Would hire Ericsen Contracting again; worth every penny.

Eric and his crew just finished my roof and I am very pleased with the work he did. The price was right. He arrived every morning on time and worked all day even with the 90 degree temps. They took extra care to protect my plants and such. The roof looks great and I highly recommend them.

After reviewing several bids to replace the cedar siding on our old (1905) home I selected Ericsen Contracting. The owner - Eric Petersen, did not have the highest nor the lowest bid but Eric arrived on time to review the work, provided what I considered a fair quote in a timely fashion and when we discovered rotted boards supporting the porch columns he returned for a second time to review the scope of the additional work and provided a second quote for the additional work, again in a timely manner. During the project which lasted 6 days Eric kept me informed of the progress and there were no surprises. He also accommodated a suspension of his work as my wife had an important work call and could not have the back ground noise. The materials, cedar siding and cedar porch boards was top quality so Eric obviously uses good suppliers for his materials. The work site was cleaned up and the end of every day and the finished job exceeded expectations.

We reached out to Ericsen Contracting in the Winter of 2021 when we discovered a leak in our roof that several other roofing contractors could not resolve. Eric came to our house, identified the leak, made repairs, and tarped off the roof section so no more water could get into the house. In the Spring, we hired Ericsen Contracting to completely remove our old roof and install a new roof. We also upgraded four second floor skylights at that time. Eric was great at communicating with us throughout the process and assisted us in making decisions on shingle color and skylight updates. He was always on time and onsite every day. We highly recommend Ericsen Contracting.

My house needed a new roof and cedar shingle siding. Three contractors submitted proposals and I discussed the job with the two low bidders. Ericsen Contracting had the better proposal and a good price. Eric’s contract outlined his scope of work in detail. Just as important, it laid out the homeowner’s responsibilities. This eliminated most questions about who does what. Eric arrived on site with all the needed tools, equipment, and construction materials. Once the job started he was always present supervising and working with his crew. Striping roof and cedar shingles generates a lot of debris. The work area was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Eric plans the work out ahead of time, anticipates problems, and comes up with solutions. All the while communicating with the homeowner about what to expect. I spent 45 years building Interstate highways and large commercial buildings. As a project manager, chief estimator, and vp, I dealt with every type of trade contractor imaginable. On our final walk-around there was nothing that needed to be reworked - no punchlist. So I’m glad that I ended up a contractor who did the job the right way.

Great! Honesty, integrity and good craftsmanship

Years ago we were given their name for a small leak in the roof. I assumed any roofer would come and say we needed a new roof. They came in, fixed the leak for FREE and said our 25+ year roof still has plenty of life. I promosswd that I would reach out when we really needed a roof. We decided to go solar and needed a new roof. The solar company quoted way higher than Ericsson. I reached out to Ericsson and they gave me an honest quote, promised a timeline and followed through. Honesty and integrity matter and if they matter to you, choose these guys. They finished the roof in 3 days, on budget and very professional.

After comparing several contractors I chose Eric for several reasons (besides all the positive reviews on Angi!) I found him to be the most responsive, very punctual, competitively priced and he followed up and asked for the business. Once we confirmed the contract he kept me informed on his progress of completing his current project and when he expected to start mine. The job started within 24 hrs of planned time ( only due to rain), and went as planned. Eric was on site the entire job, both working and over seeing work being done, the site was cleaned up every day, and once they left there was no sign that they had even been there, except for a new roof! His workers were also polite and courteous, and hardly took a break. I would highly recommend him.

Well. We agreed on a price, but had to wait a few months due to scheduling. We did have a leak on the roof and he placed a tarp to seal the leak until he could do the work. The tarp worked well and have had no leaks since the roof was redone. Overall very pleased with the quality of the work.

Eric and his crew were awesome. Extremely efficient, banged out the job in two days on two cold December days. Crew made sure everything was cleaned up and even cleaned out the gutters which desperately needed it. Finished product looks fantastic and very happy with the service I received. Was the best price I could find for all the roofers I got quotes from and did an awesome job. Would recommend to all others to hire Eric.
