Eric and his team did a fine job at a very competitive price without sacrificing the quality of the work. He was at the site during the entire duration of the project and everything was completed as per the contract including the clean up around the house. I would recommend him highly.

I was extremely happy with my new roof and skylight replacements installed by Ericsen Contracting (Eric Petersen and his associate). I had received a number of estimates leading up to this project which varied greatly in price. His estimate was priced competitively and I was initially nervous he would "find more problems" and the final invoice would ratchet up. Instead I found him to trustworthy, reliable, punctual, efficient and there were no surprises in the end. The final invoice was exactly the same as the estimate which was refreshing. The quality of the roof and the work done was high. The house was in order at the end of each day and at the end of the project and our routine throughout was largely uninterrupted. I would highly recommend this team.

The work was started and finished at the stated dates. It was a big job as the roof was over 30 years old and leaking. There was also a crack on the side of one of the dormers and that was repaired as well. I now have a beautiful new roof and no more leaks!!!!

From first call through the finished project Eric kept in touch with updates which was extremely helpful. Eric and his crew replaced the entire roof in a few days, it looks great, the work was done neatly and cleaned up thoroughly once completed. During the process of fixing the roof Eric noticed some issues with our siding and trim which he corrected for us at no extra charge. Job cost exactly what was quoted and finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Ericsen to family and friends, it is clear that Eric takes pride in his work.

Eric was very professional and on time. He updated me with everything since I don't live in the same state. He made me feel comfortable since I wasn't able to be there to oversee the project. I would recommend him to everyone that needs a roof project. I would hire him again.

These guys are the best. I do not say this lightly. Take it from someone who built houses and knows how its supposed to be done. Built houses and did remodeling in Ohio myself. They were prompt, courteous, and very detailed in their work. Eric Peterson DOES NOT subcontract out, he is there the entire time with his team. They were very efficient but very professional. They were booked solid, and if my father taught me anything, he always said "if the guy is always busy, he is the best". And Ericsen Contracting is busy. If you've got a leak or a need it done now job, he will do his best to fix it real quick or tarp it off probably not charge you (i.e. free) and schedule to do the whole roof at a later time, so he keep up his promises to his other clients. There are not a lot of people left in the world who would do that. Honest businessmen are hard to find. His crew kept the place very clean, no nails left on my lawn or driveway. All that and they were the lowest bid of four bids, but I want to believe probably the highest quality. And they won't sell you a crap shingle either, unless of course you really want one, but still outbid the other guys even with a better shingle. Folks, cannot say enough. I would hire him and his team again and again.

They were great to deal with. Good communication with when they would arrive and what they planned to work on each day. Walked us through the status of the job at the end of each day. Kept the job site (our yard) as clean as possible. Finished the work in a timely manner. Overcame any obstacles along the way. Worked hard to keep us happy. It wasn't an easy job due to location (on the water). Job was started on time and completed within estimated time. The job was done well and the clean up was excellent. No damage was done to the house or shrubbery, and clean up was so thorough, there was no debris at all!

Eric responded to my initial phone call, requesting a quote for my project, within one day. He scheduled a visit to evaluate the project for the following day. Arrived on time and was very efficient in evaluating exactly what was needed. He provided a quote within 2 days and was the least expensive of the other 2 quotes I received. We agreed on the price and he fit us into a cancellation slot. He arrived 3 days later with his crew and began the project. Eric was on the job with his crew every day from 8:00am until 7:00pm. They never left any exposed roof open. The crew are the hardest working guys I have ever seen. They are true craftsmen, do impeccable work, and take great pride in their product. The house, deck, driveway, and gardens were always protected from damage and cleaned completely before they left every day. They finished a relatively large job in 4 days. The house looks beautiful. Eric stands completely behind the quality of his work. I would highly recommend Ericsen Contracting to anyone looking for a roofing project. Very high quality at a very reasonable price.

Good. ERICSEN CONTRACTING beat all the big guys quotes by about 2000 dollars. Job included ridge vent installation and removal of two layers of shingles. Took three days. Replaced a small piece of bad plywood. All in all was a pleasant experience. Cleanup was good. No nails found as of yet quite a few little pieces of debris here and there but with at least 30+ year old shingles what can you expect. My property is not the easiest to access but they tried there hardest to get everything picked up which I appreciate. First experience with having a roof replaced and next time I will definitely call Eric again.

Eric was great to work with. Professional, organized & reasonably priced for a new roof and the addition of a skylight that had to be cut through an attic. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with Eric Petersen and his crew. Eric came out a day after I contacted him to repair a leak, provided me with a reasonable quote to replace the roof and once terms were agreed upon work began. They were professional and friendly, arriving very early in the morning to work. They were very careful to protect the house, decks and shrubs. In spite of the bitter cold the crew worked constantly throughout the day and didn't quit until it was dark. Work was done in a timely manner and the crew removed all of the debris from the area. I would highly recommend Ericsen Contracting.

Great work, and I felt confident that Eric was making the best choices for the particularities of the job. I was willing to pay a little more than others quoted due to his attention to quality. He also guarantees his work for years.

Eric and his hardworking crew showed up at our house in early December, as promised, to work for a week, first setting a dumpster in place the day before work began. Their routine was to show up very early and to work until dark even under rather cold conditions on some days. Eric worked with the crew and kept us informed about the project. He also alerted us to some issues with our chimney that we did not know about---repair work that is now scheduled for the spring. When they finished the job, they left the yard and driveway very clean. During the work they also protected the sides of the house and garage from damage. Eric's price was very fair, actually the lowest of the three bids that we received.

Everything went fine, and Eric's roofers did quick, thorough work under winter conditions--below freezing temperatures and high winds one day, having to tarp things over for an overnight snowstorm another day--but still finished up in four days.

Eric gave a good price for the job and I hired his company. They came when promised and did everything as per our contract. I was pleased with everything from start to finish.

I called Eric when I noticed an area where my roof was leaking. Although the original work was done years ago, Eric immediately responded and came out to fix the problem, at no cost to me. Eric stands behind his work and his products. I am pleased with his work.
