Description of Work: I purchased a year of home heating oil at a set price with a service agreement for all maintenance. They explained the details of the contract, had me sign it electronically, called to further my understanding and be sure I had no more questions and came out to the property to label the fill pipe with their code.

Description of Work: They are our home heating oil provider and servicer. |We are happy with their service, and attentiveness, and personnel. |Also, the call center is very responsive to our needs.They clean the burner yearly, and regularly keep us supplied with home heating oil. |

Description of Work: was looking for a furnace company to see if my furnace can be fixed and I made an appointment. they showed up 5 hours late, had to keep calling them , on whats the hold up, no answere . showed up and flew in my drive way to a screecing halt. looked at my furnace turned down the temp of furnace and had his help go get the price list on new furnaces. WELL about that time our attitude was raging and told him we would pass . also charged us more than quoted not happy still bothers me .
