Mark responded quickly to my request for a quote on the work i needed done...we arranged a good schedule time for me and on the day of the job mark arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He finished the work quickly and cleaned the area. The final price was $10 less than the quote. I will recommend him to people I know and use again.

Gave a call, left message, call was returned within the hour, Told Mark the problem, he gave a competive quote for a new heater and set up a install date and time. Called me 15 min prior to arrival. Very neat, professional , and was in and out in less than 2 hours. Very nice guy.

I called and left a message about needing my water heater serviced. He called back later that afternoon to say that he got my call and said he would call me again that evening to set up an appointment. He did not call that evening as promised. I called again the next day, and we made an appointment for the following Monday morning between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. He did not show up for the appointment. At 11:00 I called him and left a message. He never returned my call. At this point, I gave up and chose another plumber.

Mark was quick to respond the day I contacted him for an estimate. He quoted me a new water heater with installation. He was very competitive to other quotes I received and it was nice working with someone local. Mark arrived on-time and completed the job quickly (approx 2 hours). He cleaned up after he was done and was very friendly during the whole process. It was an uneventful process, which is a great thing. He seemed very honest in explaining the differences (or lack thereof) between the water heater options to help me decide what warranty coverage to choose. I'd recommend Mark to friends and family.

Mark responded to my call promptly. We set up time for him to check the area around the water heater, since it turned out the existing one was a non-standard size. He determined he could bring in a bigger, standard size water heater (which would cost less than ordering the smaller, non-standard one) and it would still fit fine. He arrived on time for the work a few days later and installed the new heater in a couple hours. He made sure to lay down drop cloths so my rather light-colored carpeting didn't get soiled as he brought tanks in and out. He also swapped out the old rubber hoses for washing machine with more current steel braided hoses. Everything went smoothly. I would recommend Mark's services to others.

We chose to work with Mark after having 3 providers come to estimate our long list of plumbing projects. He was very easy to work with, friendly, and courteous. He seemed very comfortable working with older homes. He explained the materials he would use and his approach to fixing our issues. He set reasonable expectations of possible risks involved in working with older piping that could result in increased work beyond the original scope. He was comfortable answering questions about the work. He worked with us on our schedule to complete phases of the project. We were comfortable having him in our home as he is a genuinely nice person who also does good plumbing work and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the end result, including going the extra step to make things more convenient for us (like adding an extra shutoff valve to our upstairs lines. We found his rates very fair and will have him do additional work for us in the future as we update other portions of our home.

I was cleaning my toilet with a Clorox handle and brush top attachment. While I was scrubbing the toilet, the head of the brush came loose and fell into and down the toilet. When I tried to flush it, the water came up over bowl. A major clog from it. Mr. Stawski came over, snaked the toilet and pulled the thing right out! I was amazed. This was second time I have used him and have not been disappointed. Very professional, on time, reasonable rates. I will certainly use him again.

I had a leaky faucet in a bathroom that I had attempted to fix myself. However, the nut that attached the stem to the sink was frozen, and despite repeated applications of Liquid Wrench, I could not get it to turn. I called Mark, and he was able to come over the same day. It only took a minute for him to figure out what to do. He sprayed the stem with a special nut loosener not available to the general public and left with the instructions to let it sit a couple of days. He came back, as promised, a couple of days later, and the frozen nut turned. He installed a replacement stem. Mark was personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and the price for the work done was very reasonable, in my opinion.

I can only wish every contractor was as attentive as Mark Stawski. He contacted me promptly, showed up when he said he would (was running late but called to tell me), and was very efficient. Our water heater was still under warranty so Mark did all the legwork with the manufacturer and replaced for just the labor charge. Better yet, he made a follow up call a day or so later to make sure everything was as expected. I would definitely use Mark again and highly recommend!!

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He called and showed up when he said he would. He was very upfront about the cost and detailed all of the work he was going to do. I needed a new 40 gallon hot water tank which he installed. The drain system was very flawed at my condo so he suggested a new way to install the drain without having to cut a hole in the drain pan (this was how it was done the first time). The work area was cleaned up very nicely and he even removed the old hot water tank that I had sitting in the corner. I also had him install a shutoff valve for my washing machine. Now I can flip the levers to off when not using the washer and there is no risk of leakage. I would highly recommend Mark as he is very upfront, puntual and professional,

A family member had tried to fix our leaky shower fawcet and failed. We called Mark after doing some research on Angie's Lis and found Mark. He responded to my Email quickly and we arranged a meeting at the house. Mark showed up when he promised he would. He was friendly and professional and explained what needed to be in such a way that I could easily understand. He arranged to come back with the proper parts and returned promply on the day and at the exact hour he said he would. The repair was dome in less than half an hour. No mess, no fuss. It couldn't have gone much better than that.

Excellent experience with Mark as always. He was thorough in his research and explanation of models I was interested in (I found these on Bradford White's website), very reasonable with respect to price quoted and neat and thorough in the removal of the old heater and installation of the new. I highly recommend Mark Stawski to others seeking Plumbing work and/or water heater replacement.

Mark was very friendly when he followed up on our phone call to him. He is a one many company but was very responsive to our calls. He was able to go out and do the work within a day of our call and the pricing was very good. He even split the invoices into one for us personally and the other one for our non-profit company. Then, he followed up after the service call to check on how we liked the work.

Had little problem getting here to do job but was due to outside circumstances....come in and replaced sink and adjusted toilet to reduce pressure on fill-up..here and gone in an hour. Actual cost turned out to be less than estimate, when do you see that"?
