Mark called back right away and was able to stop in the next day. He actually arrived a little early. He finished the work quickly (under 30 minutes, I think) and left me with some good advice for longer term maintenance.

Excellent! Mark completed the job in about fifteen minutes. He corrected my screw-up and the faucet works fine. Mark is very friendly and down to earth. His work is always excellent. He is by far the best plumber I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Mark has become my go-to plumber for everything. Most important is that he does the work well, because I want those plumbing connections to last for decades. (I'm sure everyone feels this way, but most reviewers can only judge how well a contractor cleans up afterwards, which is not important in the long run.) I also appreciate his ability to squeeze a task into his schedule without a long wait, and his affordable prices. ------------------------ Some reviews comment on Mark (and of course many other contractors) showing up late for a job sometimes. The only contractor who you can count on showing up on time is the one who has no other job before yours that day. Unless you took the first slot of the day, that empty schedule means the contractor isn't very busy, which often means the contractor doesn't do good work or is just starting out on his/her own. That's because construction work is full of surprises, typically unpleasant ones that make jobs take longer than they should. Scheduling defensively wastes the contractor's time and makes the average customer wait longer for service. The result is that contractors, like doctors, often aren't ready at the scheduled time. If you want to maximize the chance of a contractor showing up on time, choose a day where you will be their first customer. (Though recognize that like a doctor's office, even then an emergency could pull them away.) As a customer, I don't mind waiting for a contractor, because I understand about the surprises, because the quality of work matters most to me, and because my schedule at home is flexible.

As in the previous time Mr. Stawski did work for us, the work was done quickly and correctly.

All went very well. Mark also followed up on warranty replacement on water heater. I highly recommend this business.

They're phenomenal. If you got a plus, put it on them. I've used them 5 times. Their price was phenomenal. He was always here when he said he was going to be here. He was very professional.

Mark returned my call and came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. His estimate was fair. He scheduled the install for the same week and arrived on time and completed the job in two hours or so. He was neat and efficient. i would recommend him without reservation.

Said that he will stop at 4;00/5'00, i waited , called office ,left a message, he called back at 7'30 , pm, i said i will call someone that shows up. (don't call this plumber)

He came on 3 separate occasions to install. I was missing parts and there was a broken part. Very accommodating and definitely the least expensive quote.

Mark's work is thorough and looks great, and he left behind a clean work space. Mark returned all communications in a timely manner, and he stuck to his original estimate, an estimate that was extremely reasonable. We especially appreciate this kind of professionalism as we have had a lot done in our old house recently, and it has not always been a positive experience. We are very pleased and will be calling on Mark Stawski for future work (gas stove installation is next). Highly recommend.

He hasn't done what he offered to do for me when I returned from the place I will be at after I sell this place. I called twice in two weeks and refreshed his memory, but he has not called me back. He seemed like a nice guy and has great reviews. I appreciated his offer, but he won't call me back. I don't know what is going on.

It went very well. Mark is very responsive to phone calls. He does very good work, very efficiently. This is our second time using him and we will use him again.

Mark responded very quickly to my call, had the new water heater delivered the same day and installed the next morning. Much more quickly than I expected. Improved the valve setup when installing the new pipes. Everything was cleaned up and taken away when finished. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The new drain is great, no leaking. Service was provided immediately and was done quickly. Mark was very neat and did not make a mess even though had to cut out piece of ceiling to access plumbing. Very pleased!

Arrived early, good work, easy to schedule with through email

I called him on a Sunday when I noticed water leaking from the ceiling in our garage (we have a raised ranch) He called back in 15 minutes and arrrived 30 minutes later. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and replaced the corroded sections of the hot and cold pipes.He came back the next day and replaced the drain trap. Theis is thye 2nd time I have called Stawski Plumbing. He explained the problem, works professionally and when he hands you the bill you are guaranteed not to have sticker shock. I have other plumbing work I need done in the futue and will be calling him again.

I contacted Mark on Monday , he replied quickly and set up a time to do the work two days later. He arrived on time and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the job. He replaced the portion of the pipe that was leaking and installed a new valve. Very happy with the quality of his work.

He was very accommodating and did great work. He was working with and had to coordinate his work with that of the electrician, cabinet and countertop installers. Everything went very well and I have since called him for some additional work.
