Mark already did some work for me, and as before, did another great job on our new place. He e-mailed the night before informing me that he had the materials to complete the 2nd job and what time we wanted the work done. He came over on a Saturday morning and installed a new toilet in my 2nd floor bathroom. He also fixed my downstairs toilet, and re-directed a gas-line to my kitchen for our new stove.

He came on a Monday to assessment the problem, and returned on Wednesday to do the job (he did not charge me for his initial visit). I had a few things done to my main water line as the pressure was too high, and serviced my furnace for the winter. I could not be happier. Great customer service, did only what needed to be done, made suggestions on other plumbing issues, and price for the job was more than reasonable. I will hire him again to install a new toilet and a gas line for a stove. I highly recommend him!

We bought a new sink and faucet for an old bathroom and needed a plumber to take the old sink out and replace it with the one we bought. First contacted another company who came out and said it would cost $1080.00 to replace! Said no, and then contacted Stawski (found him through Angies List). Explained what we needed over the phone and said he thought it would cost about $150-200. He came the next day to look at the job, and confirmed the price. Did the job soon afterward. Very good job, just what he said, and the bill was $150. Good communication throughout. I'd use him again in an instant!

Excellent! Great work, great price, honest, responsive, and a good guy. I called Mark for a free estimate and he came over when he said he would. Then after I made my decision to go with him, he came out and did the work at the arranged time. This is a very old house and the old plumbing set-up I had in there was a disaster waiting to happen and he brought it up to modern standards. It now is very secure and looks much better too. Totally unrelated to this job and not part of the estimate, I asked Mark to pick-up a couple of cosmetic parts (caps for the radiator pipes that sit at the floor) for my radiator in my bathroom and was expecting him to charge me but he gave them to me free! Mark also gave me some great advice for other plumbing issue that I want to do in the future.

Everything was great. Mark stopped by at a convenient time for me and quickly diagnosed the problem. I had been baffled by this because the symptoms did not always appear nor did leaking always appear in the same place. He recommended that I purchase a new faucet and made a recommendation as to a brand he considers reliable. After I had the faucet he returned to install it, including new connecting hoses. Mark also installed a faucet mounted water purification system I had purchased as well for me. He was very helpful with answers to some other questions I had as well and is a very nice person to talk with. I am very pleased and happy to have this repair done!

I could not have been more pleased. We had a bad valve on a radiator that I attempted to fix on my own. However, I ended up making it worse. We were without heat in January. I called Stawski and he was out within a couple of hours. Did a great job fixing my radiator and even fixed a leaky pipe in the basement that wasn't even on my radar when I called. He was courteous, personable, and professional. Not at all pushy. His price was exceptionally reasonable especially considering the last minute emergency call. Highly recommended.

On the 2 occasions we were able to schedule Mr. Stawski (once when he worked for another co,. and once when he was self-employed) he was professional, friendly and we anticipated using him for all our plumbing services. Then he became impossible to reach, did not return calls or called and promised to get back to us, but didn't. Perhaps there was a reason, but eventually we just gave up - after several months, mind you, we really wanted to give him another chance, but had to move on.

Excellent experience with Mark Stawski. He explained the problems he found in detail, as well as the recommended method of repair. Prices were very reasonable and he didn't appear to be trying to sell me services or products I didn't need. I will strongly recommend Stawski Plumbing LLC to others.

Mark came by, looked over the toilets and waste pipe and then gave us an estimate. He came the following week and fixed everything within the range of his original estimate. He was timely, professional, and courteous.

Mark showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed both problems very quickly. One thing that I liked about the service is that there is not additional fees or extra charges for the first hour. Mark's rate was flat 90$/hr. Many places add fees to increase the rate in the first hour.

The follow up was not good for this particular service. After telephoning the company a few times, they did not show up nor call back. I have used the company for four years. My previous experiences with them have always been great. On previous service calls, they offered quality work in a timely manner. For future needs, I will attempt to contact them as I had been pleased with the exception of the most recent time.

MARK STAWSKI IS A GREAT GUY TO WORK WITH. I GREATLY APPRECIATE HIS SERVICES. MARK WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KIND ABOUT HELPING TO INSTALL THE WASHING MACHINE AND HE ALSO DID A GREAT JOB ON THE HOT WATER TANK. EVERYTHING IS RUNNING GREAT.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR SOME YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB FOR ME. THEY ARE NICE AND COURTEOUS PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. IT IS ALSO NICE HOW WELL THEY CLEAN UP THEIR MESS.
