Once again an excellent job by Mark. He arrived on time and was courteous as usual. Existing plumbing to the oil furnace was re-routed to a new electric hot water heater he had delivered himself. New copper piping installed and he also recommended the electrician to re-route an existing electric line to the heater. Job I think took about 2 hours and total was 700.00 which included the hot water heater. He was excellent and would recommend his services to anyone!

Total hours for complete job was 2.5. He replaced about 5 feet of steel piping which included three joints with PCP piping. Replaced the main shut off valve to the house which had a slight drip with a new shut off valve and new copper piping, which included the soldering, to the also newly installed water filter (we have a well and have been getting a lot of sediment). Total cost of 525.00 is Unbelievable, especially considering this included all parts & filters. He was very professional & personable and will be hiring him again to install an electric water heater.

He was very responsive in getting back when you leave a message. He shows up when he says he's going to show up. He does the work and charges a reasonable fee. If something comes up and you have an issue he is prompt in getting that information to you.

We selected Mr. Stawski based on Angie's List reviews. Mr. Stawski fixed leaks and replaced a shower diverter, shower head, and spray attachment on the kitchen sink. He was prompt, attentive, and priced the work fairly. We've been wanting a competent and honest plumber, and we've found him!

I liked everything about this company. They were very prompt in taking our calls, coming out and looking at it, and actually doing the work. They did great quality work for a good price.

Mark showed up right on time. The quality of the work was excellent. Mark is a true professional.

Even though it was inconvenient for him, Mark made the trip to our house to fix a major kitchen sink leak and install a new faucet. He worked very quickly, skillfully, efficiently and neatly; he did an excellent job. I've always heard that those who are the best at their profession, whatever it may be, are often the most humble and modest, and I suspect this applies to Mark -- though he is probably more knowledgeable, proficient and conscientious than other plumbers, he goes about his work unpretentiously and answers questions and explains what he is doing simply and patiently.

Mark checked out the toilet, snaked it, but really couldn't find anything concrete wrong with it. No doubt it's needing replacing, and we'll definitely call Mark when that time comes. He didn't even want to take any money for the call since he said he really hadn't done anything - can you imagine that in this day and age? Someone taking the time to come to check out a problem and then not even charging for the call?

This experience was very positive. I arranged this job for my elderly parents home in CT and I live in OH. Preliminary contact was made by e-mail. Mr. Stawski quickly responded to my e-mails and answered all questions that arose. He was very willing and able to obtain the models of the fixtures we requested. He came to the home as scheduled and explained what he would do and gave an estimate. His price was less than another estimate we received. He returned to do the job on the scheduled day. He was very professional and worked hard. He did the job with care not to disturb my parents and their routine which I appreciate very much. He capped two additional water lines for my father at no charge. Overall, the job looks good and my parents are very happy. After the job was complete, a leak appeared at one of the sinks. He promptly responded to my mother's call and fixed the leak to satisfaction. We would definitely call him in the future for plumbing needs.

He did a good job, he showed up early every time and that was about it.

Mr. Stawski was able to fit us in on short notice. We thought that the blockage was from our water softener, as some basement flooding had started 2 nights before when our well pumped into our tank. After testing water flow, Mr Stawski was able to determine that our backup was really in the sewer line, and that tree roots or a collapsed pipe were the likely culprit. Mr. Stawski was able to advise us on what our next step should be, and was able to recommend a local company, which was able to clear out line in just under an hour. We really appreciated the way that Mr. Stawski works; he is professional, courteous, and he is able to clearly explain his profession (which we know little about) in clear, layman's terms. We plan to use him again, though, hopefully for some planned plumbing!

My family has used Mark twice for two different plumbing related problems and we were very pleased with his work. He was available before anyone else and always punctual. Our first problem was a leak in our basement. Mark suggested that we address it in the most obvious and least costly manner and he was correct. The problem was easily resolved. I believe the cost was less than $100. Our next problem was a leak through one of our air conditioning vents caused by a clogged drain in our shower. Mark arrived within 2 hours and remedied the problem by snaking the shower drain. The cost for this was also less than $100. I would hire Mark again and will be using him for all of our plumbing needs. He is honest, smart and is extremely proficient at his job.

Mark returned my initial phone call the same day. He came out the next day to look at the job and to provide an estimate. The work was scheduled for the following week. He called to confirm the night before. He arrived on time. The job was performed as promised. Everything looks good and I'm very pleased. We discussed a future project of installing a new gas hot water heater.

Mark came when he said he would and the work went as planned. Mark tested our washing machine with the pump and ensured that everything was in working condition before he left. The final product looks incredibly professional. I don't know much about plumbing but I am able to tell when a job looks like it was professionally done. His work definitely exceeded our expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get plumbing work done. In case it is relevant to anyone looking at this, we did obtain a quote from both Mark and another plumber and Mark's prices were cheaper.

We have a house in Bristol that did not have an outside spigot. I called Mark and made an appointment for him to look at it. Mark arrived early, looked at the situation, and began work. Mark drilled the hole, ran the pipe, and installed the spigot quickly and for a good price. We will definitely call Mark again.

I found this company on Angie's List and emailed about an estimate for several items throughout the house we just purchased. The email response was quick and professional. Mark came out to take a look at several items--mostly found during the home inspection. He took the time to educate me about some of the systems in the house (which are very different than what I'm used to in the South) and to look at each item on my list. I really appreciated his honesty about a few items that were very minor and didn't require repair/replacement. He later emailed an estimate and we scheduled the work. He showed up as scheduled and completed the work. He thoroughly cleaned up the mess and the price came in as estimated. I'm happy that I found an honest, reasonably-priced plumber in the area and would not hesitate to use Stawski Plumbing in the future. I've asked him to provide me with a quote to install a natural gas tankless water heater--so I may have that opportunity again soon!

He was able to install it the next day after I called. Was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Did an excellent job.

Came as scheduled to fix toilet. After work completed he suggested that he heard another toilet running on as well (which I did not hear), and that he would come back in the next week to fix it. I noticed after he left that the toilet he fixed continued to run on intermittently. When he returned to work on the other toilet, I pointed out to him the problem with the first toilet, and he did fix it. However, the same problem happened with the second toilet. After he fixed the toilet, is when I noticed that it began to run almost continuously. He repaired a toilet that seemed to be working just fine to me into one that was routinely malfunctioning. I called him subsequently to complain and he said he was going on vacation the next day. I have since replaced the second toilet with a new one using a different plumber.

The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They came to my house and provided an estimate free of charge and we agreed on a date for the work to be accomplished. The work was completed to my satisfaction. I would use this company again for my plumbing needs.

Mark Stawski was a good technician and very responsive. He also called the next day after the installation of the new water heater to ask if everything was AOK. A very good experience.

Mark came over last week and provided a free estimate for repairs unlike other plumbers who want to charge for a visit to the house for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and Mark was willing to repair a leaking faucet instead of insisting that it be replaced. We scheduled an appointment and Mark arrived right on time ready to repair one faucet, replace another faucet and take care of a variety of maintenance items that needed attention. Mark remembered all of the various repairs that needed to be done and brought all of the supplies with him so that the repairs could be done in a timely manner. I could not be more impressed with the combination of professionalism, integrity and honest pricing that Mark provided. I appreciated Mark's willingness to repair the shower faucet since I am planning on remodeling this bathroom and didn't want to throw money away on an expensive replacement faucet - another plumber told me the only option was replacement at a cost over $1,200. I am already planning to use Mark for some additional repairs I want to make.

I had multiple plumbing problems in an old house, the biggest one being a cracked main waste line. I called Mark and he came over to look at the job and give me an estimate. We discussed everything that needed to be done and agreed on a price. Mark returned a few days later and completed all the work. He did a great job, was punctual, very professional, and an all around nice guy. A few weeks later I had a gas leak on a stove and Mark came out right away to repair it. I would highly recommend Mark.

I called Mark and explained the situation with our old toilet. Mark got back to me quickly with an estimate for installing the new toilet. On the day of the service, Mark arrived early, removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet and left everything clean. The entire job took less than an hour. Mark was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. The new toilet works great and we will definitely call Mark again in the future.

Everything went well. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and he was prompt. I was happy and would use him again.
