Description of Work: After I sent the dimension of the room we never heard back from them.

Description of Work: They NEVER followed through on ANYTHING. I consider my payment in advance STOLEN. My room is still NOT painted. They returned two calls out of my 7, called me once after I filed a complaint, said they couldn't paint my room, said they'd call back the next day, and never did. I am still waiting to be reimbursed my $99. Their lack of professionalism was galling. THEY SUCK.

Description of Work: I purchase a Big Deal with the company but I didn't end up using them. They were quick about responsiveness though.

Description of Work: Approx 2 weeks ago I called and left a message saying I wanted to discuss having some work done on the house. I did not get a call back until 3 days ago. The message was pleasant and explained that there had been some difficulties with the receptionist and that they want to make initial contact. I have yet to hear from them. I had called them because I wanted to give women a chance in a male dominated arena. Their initial return call was very late. Despite telling me it was important to them that they make contact, three days have gone by. I know two days were weekend but it would seem that they would want to rectify the previous missed opportunity.

Description of Work: The process started off well. I called and requested an estimate for a kitchen remodel. I received a great estimate and we scheduled to begin work in late Jan, early Feb. I was excited. When the time came to start working on the project, we scheduled an appointment for someone to come and do final measurements. No one came, called or sent me an email. I'm now in the process of looking for another contractor.

Description of Work: Lady house Doctors came to paint one room on a Tuesday. Started at 9AM and left at about noon, leaving the room unfinished. The boss said the paint wasn't covering well (had purchased Benjamin Moore to use, which I have never had issues with before)and would have to come back to finish the job, but didn't say when. Did not hear from them for two days. Needless to say I wanted to put my room back together because I was having company that weekend. They did call that Thursday evening and said that they could finish the job that weekend but it was too late I finished the job myself earlier that day. They were very polite, however they need to improve their scheduling.

Description of Work: They arrived on March 18, 2014. They spent the morning scraping, spackling and sanding the walls; they did not paint as they had another appointment that afternoon. I did not hear from them (after numerous phone calls and e-mails) for over a month. They were then supposed to come on May 2 between 8:00 and 8:30. I finally left for work at 10 of 9 -- they arrived a few minutes after that - but I did not know that. I finally told them not to bother coming out again. Very, very frustrated and disheartened that it did not work out. I would not recommend them.

Description of Work: They painted my sons room a very light grey from light blue. They also painted the trim/doors/radiators. They did a good job, were professional, and on time.

Description of Work: They renovated a laundry room. Included installing a partial suspended ceiling. It was a good result.

Description of Work: Lady House Doctors have been very understanding about my need to delay the start of the project. Kelly did come and do an assessment of the job at a time convenient to me. I need tile grouting fixed in my shower stall, and she clearly explained the things that needed to be addressed, and options. The job has not been done yet because of MY need to delay it; I will report again when it gets completed.
