Jean and her staff are professionals who take great pride in their work. She is punctual and sets up an appointment to look at your home to give you a fair price estimate. I feel like they do an excellent job, and she is always looking for feedback. I think this is a rare and exceptional quality, I have always found it hard in the past to talk about what i didn't like or what I felt wasn't done right with house cleaners. They are friendly and trustworthy. When I first met Jean, she said: we clean your house like it's our house. They do! I would recommend her to anyone!

We have been receiving cleaning services from different groups for a number of years. However, we wanted to move to a weekly cleaning from someone we could trust at a reasonable price. Jean fit all those needs.

"clean hearth's" principal, jean, is unfailingly professional, polite, punctual and pleasant. (enough "P"s, everyone?); and her assistants are equally diligent. i own an oddly-contructed, quirky, contemporary house with lots of glass and cathedral ceilings throughout; i also have two daughters who, when home, are somewhat less than immaculate. but every other wednesday, i can count on my home being cleaned from top to bottom. without hesitation, i recommend jean and her work ethic. HIRE HER! you won't be sorry.

Jean was very nice and charged a very reasonable rate. However, the actual cleaning process was awful. After she and another girl came for the intial cleaning, I had to clean an additional hr or so. Some pretty major things were not taken care of. Dusting of chair rails, washing of floors, cleaning the entire bathroom, dusting of fans among several other things. I don't understand why they don't mop floors. They say they use a "dry cleaning" method. Well that doesn't get the dirt and grime that gets brought in from my kids and dog. I took a baby wipe and quickly wiped the floor in my bathroom and it came up black! Obviously a mop never touched that floor. Jean had told me she welcomed my thougths and I expressed my concerns. I pointed out some very specific things that needed to be addressed and she assured me that they would be taken care of. I had her to come back in 2 weeks in hopes that informing her of what I expected this could lead to a biweekly thing, well to be honest this time was worse. The bathroom was disgusting. I don't think a mop or sponge touched anything! There was a huge, very noticable spot of grime left behind the toilet that had been there for a day or so prior. Things that I specifically asked be done (example the ledge in my son's room was not dusted for some reason the first time) that was not done again. There were still sticky spots on my floor from bits of juice from the kids, cobwebs like crazy, fans STILL not dusted, again among so many other things. I was very disappointed and informed Jean that we would not be needing her services again. If i'm paying someone to clean my houe, I shouldn't have to come home and clean it again.

Jean was responsive to our request right away and came to our home to provide an estimate for both the initial and a regularly scheduled cleaning. The first scheduled cleaning went well, started on time, and we also loved that Jean uses green products whenever possible--essential for healthy pets and kids! We have a large dog who can be rather protective, but both Jean and Alex were comfortable working around him, so he warmed right up. Fee was reasonable for the area and the size of our home. We look forward to sticking with this company for a long time!

The cleaners are quick but thorough, and very accommodating. When I needed an off cycle cleaning for a weekend event they made it happen. Very happy with service!

I contacted them a few months back to ask to set up bi-weekly cleaning. Jean is busy so it took a few weeks to get started, but it was worth the wait. I am happy with their services.

They do a good to excellent job on general cleaning. Personally they are very responsible, trustworthy and friendly.

needed someone fast to clean for me, as I am recovering from surgery, and the house was a real mess - hadn't cleaned for a while. Jean squeezed me in the next day, and did a great job, working later than she originally had planned. Planning to have her back.

She's been cleaning my house for a little over a year. I chose her after interviewing more than 6 people- she seemed most responsive and dependable. You can also specify the areas that requires more attention, and she will accomodate your needs. Overall, she is very pleasant, friendly, flexible and completes the job within expected amount of time. I am very happy with her.
