Description of Work: I was praying that I would not have to replace the two car garage door and the opener.My prayers were answered.The technician explained what he was doing every step of the way.several rollers were replaced, spring tension adjusted. |The opener however was beyond repair.If the technician had chosen, he could have easily convinced me to replace it because the mother board was fried.However, what he did next converted me to a loyal customer. He looked over at my other garage door opener and realized that it was the same brand and not currently in use, and suggested that before I dump money into a new one that he should check to see if the mother boards are compatable.He removed the mother board from the other opener and replaced the fried one and had it working in minutes.This literally saved me hundreds of dollars.He then worked on the second one car garage door straightened a rail replaced some rollers and adjusted the tension.integrity hoes a long way, I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: The pulley on the side of the garage door came loose and before that the door was not closing smoothly. Brian was 10 minutes early and in less than 30 minutes the door is opening more smoothly than it has been for a while.
