Originally scheduled for the 16th but bumped me up to the 9th when a slot became available. Got here promptly at 8 left at 3 and worked hard the entire time. I had nothing left for him to fix otherwise he would have gladly stayed longer. I am VERY pleased with my new kitchen light, it works great. Also thrilled to have outlets in my bathroom that work and are compliant. Very nice person and hard worker.

Chris was very professional. He called before our scheduled appointment to make sure I was expecting him. He went over my list of jobs and gave me his opinion of how the job would go and suggestions on how to make it more cost effective for me. He even talked me out of a job that would have been more work than it was worth, and suggested an alternative which I implemented. It was a great solution. Now we have lights where we need them, and plugs in more convenient locations. His rate is very competitive and he did everything he was supposed to do. He has a good work ethic and stayed busy the whole time. I was impressed with the work and professionalism.

They took three hours to install the ceiling fan and charged me an additional $50.00 on top of my deal. They hit the ceiling with their ladder and I'm going to have to repaint the ceiling because of that. It took over 2 months to get everything scheduled and for them to come out and complete the work.

Went fantatsic. Chris is terrific. Punctual, communicative and honest. Would highly recommend Chris to anyone, in fact I am having him back to work on phase 2 of electrical work on my house.

I asked if Chris could come out early because our lamp light fixture had fallen off due to weather and old age. He is booked into September. I was concerned it could be dangerous because of the open wires. He came out early and fixed it. He is coming back out in September for more in house and out of house wiring. Thank you Chris!

Additional Help LLC was professional, tidy and did not stop even when the job started becoming difficult. I would definitely use them again for work in my home. One of the better people that has worked in my home.

I initially contacted this service provider. He contacted me and told me he could come out and do the work while I was on a business trip. I called him back when I returned, but I haven't heard from him since.

I purchased the Big Deal from Additional Help, LLC in hopes of getting some work done the following week. I was unlucky in scheduling--they had previously scheduled work for another month. Unfortunately, I had to return the deal.

I purchased the voucher on Angie's List for a whole house electrical inspection on July 23rd. I immediately contacted Additional Help LLC with an email and follow up phone call, as my situation warranted an urgency. I was under time constraints to get an electrical inspection of a home, I put an offer on and just received word that my request for time extension had been accepted. Chris got back to me and notified me that he would be on vacation until the 28th of July and to give him a number and email to schedule the inspection. I pushed back the inspection date with the seller of the home to allow for the electrical inspection, but was informed by Chris on July 25th that he was booked through the last week of August. Not being able to extend for that long of a period, I made the choice to contact someone else who could perform the inspection within the time frame I needed. I am glad to hear it sounds like Chris's business is doing well! But, I had to have the inspection completed by a certain date. Thank you, Crystal McEwen

We won’t be able to get the work done like we thought. Chris was very polite and professional. He also responded to me very quickly anytime I contacted him.

Provider did not show up for scheduled appointment. A message was left for him an hour after appointment time. No call back.

Chris was great throughout the whole process of scheduling and installation. He and his assistant were on time and did fantastic work. His quote and final invoice were also right on - no surprises. We would definitely call Chris again in the future.

Great. Chris reached out immediately to schedule the appointment. He showed up right on time. He did the updates that I had planned and still had time left. We were able to get a few additional things completed that we were assuming would be a 2nd trip.

This went very well. I needed new outlets upstairs, but didn't know whether the circuit could handle it. Mike came over, did a short inspection of my circuit breaker and electrical, and then got to work putting in the new outlets. He also replaced a light fixture in one bedroom that hadn't worked properly in 14 years. The raceway he installed even matched the new paint! Everything was done very well.

The company contacted me and let me know they couldn't get me in for a long time and I need the work done much sooner.

Chris is a great guy. He is super responsive, up front and honest. He performed all the work as requested and then some and it all turned out exactly as discussed. Truly a pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend his services.

They were convenient to work with. The technician was a quality guy. Everything was arranged perfectly.

Chris came out and did the work. It has been a couple of weeks and both fan lights are flickering, the fans are turning on and off. I called for them to come back and fix it. He said it would be $165 to come check it out then plus additional labor charges.
