Smooth and quick. Sent him a message and received a phone call within an hour and he was at my hous the next hour. Punctual professional and appropriately priced.

Chris was excellent. Communication was very good (which is hard to come by these days!). I'm a clean freak and he left the house very clean which I was grateful for. He and his assistance were professional and courteous. I'm getting ready to move to my next project and will be hiring him again.

The provider initially only completed part of the work because I felt he didn't want to the more difficult task of rewiring the master bedroom offering alternatives that were not satisfactory. He had left the wiring bare so I could?attach the light fixtures myself ?but?only one of them actually had any power. The smaller bedroom we are now using for our new born son?had no power coming out of the wiring for the ceiling light. When I called the provider to advise and come back to fix the issue, he wanted to charge me for travelling?which I thought was grossly unfair. But I accepted the additional costs because I just wanted this completed and working so there is light for the baby and us. The Provider never showed up for the rescheduled time which was the last straw with this guy. Now he doesn't answer my calls nor texts asking why he didn't show up. Save yourself a headache and AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Great! Chris and Wayne were on time and professional. They work well together and got the job done. They did a fantastic job on all items. They were neat and cleaned up any mess. Very courteous, and respectful. Will use again.

Chris is a great guy. Arrived on time, covered my carpet cleaned up and a did a great job. I saw in another post that he is a veteran. I liked that. Would absolutely use him again

The previous electrician who installed the baseboards did not leave enough space under them to install flooring. Chris raised them to clear flooring installation. Other baseboards were raised to permit removal of carpet tacking and installation of new flooring. Chris was easy to work with and understood what was needed, how to fix it.

Rewired one area and all was fixed.

I had used before through Angie's List and he was good, so I used him again and I was more disappointed the second time. Like he didn't pick up after himself after he did work and I didn't feel like I got the full eight hours. He knows what he is doing as an electrician, he is very qualified but I was a little disappointed. He needs to clean up after he does his work and I felt like I only got six and a half of his time and I paid for eight, so I didn't feel that was fair. He did quality work.

I made one call and got an immediate response. Chris showed up on time and prepared to work. He installed a 220v outlet for a dryer that I was moving and an additional outlet for another room. So what's the big deal? I have an old home - post and beam and not easy to work with. Not to mention I have the worst cellar in the world! He installed the outlets quickly and neatly. Not an easy task on crooked walls and floors! I was so happy when I got the bill! Contractors I've had in the past added a premium for the hassle. Job well done. I will definitely call him in the future.

Everything went very well. Chris identified the problem in about 5 minutes and fixed it within the half hour. Then I asked him to help with a minor handyman issue, and he promptly fixed that also. Chris was very nice and professional and I would certainly hire him again.

Chris contacted me promptly to schedule an appointment for him to come to my home. He arrived on time, was cheerful, and took care of each item I requested. It turned out that the light fixture I had chosen had a manufacturing defect, so I will reschedule a time for him to come and finish the installation of the fixture. I am very happy with the results, and will definitely be calling Chris again for help with additional home repair needs.

Chris and Wayne arrived on time (a bit early, in fact) and got right to work. They were friendly and professional and worked the entire time they were here which worked out to just about 4 hours. Great experience.

I found them on Angie's List. We kept them over for an hour and paid them over for another hour. The guy worked every minute of the 9 hours he was here. He charged $50 for the other hour. This guy is competent and hardworking.

Sent a note to Additional Help and got a response the same day, even though it was the weekend. Gave me a guy's name and number, got in touch and he was at my door on time two days later (due to my schedule, not his). I had made a mess of a mirror/vanity and it was threatening to fall off the wall. My repairs only made it worse. Wayne came in and removed the vanity and rehung it better than my first attempt. He estimated it would take about 30 minutes and he was right on. 30 minutes after he arrived, he was headed out the door. Thanks.

He was very courteous, prompt and easy to schedule the job. He was on time, very nice guy and very pleasant to work with. Did an excellent job replacing all light fixtures on two bathrooms, Living room and hallways as well all smoke detectors in the house. The two hours time I've initially purchased wasn't enough to do all the work so I didn't have problem paying for the extra time needed. The price he charged for the extra time was very reasonable and well worth . Everything looked great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We originally had a guy who was a friend of a friend come out. This guy made a mess. there were holes in the wall and the fan worked but not the light. I will never do that again. We bought the special for 2 hours electrical work through Angie's list. It took a few days more for the original contact then I expected. Chris Serbort came out and fixed the mess the other guy made. We hired him to come back and install ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. He arrived on time. No additional wholes in the wall. I didn't need to patch sheet rock. All ceiling fans and lights are in good working order. Chris was very pleasant to work with and he did what he promised when he promised.
