Very responsive and honest.

I was very pleased with my overall experience. The salesman gave me a fast quotation and they were out to take measurements the next day. The windows took a few weeks to be manufactured, but when they arrived they started work and completed the job in a little over two days. The crew was very good to work with. They were neat, showed up on time and finished on time. They communicated with me and were very flexible as to changes that I wanted done. This was a difficult job as the windows had been in place for sixty-one years and were very difficult to remove.

We approached 3 companies for quotes, expecting Fiderio to be the highest. They were the first to respond, visit our home and give us a detailed estimate. Ultimately, their bid was in the middle in terms of price, but based on their responsiveness, reputation and quality of their product, we decided to choose this company. We were not disappointed. Materials arrived as promised and were perfectly installed. Our salesperson was helpful in explaining our options and giving us a thorough estimate. The installer's workmanship was perfect, really exceptional. And the office staff is friendly and well-organized.

The removal and installation was done professionally and the clean up was done perfectly fine.

The workers came on time and removed all the damage ceiling and walls in one day. They cleaned up after each and every work day. The new wallboards were installed, and taped and sanded. They also retextured the ceiling to match the other rooms. The wood floors were then replaced, and they came out beautifully. There was a problem with a step between the dining area and the living room. It was not ordered on the original order, but they found a carpenter to construct one which matched the wooden floor. They also did some additional work which I wanted done since they were going to do the repairs. They replaced the counter tops on three bathroom vanities as well as the faucets. They also installed recessed lights in the kitchen as well. Everything looks like new and much better than it was before the water damage.

For the roofing their estimate was $30,000 almost double the company we eventually went with and almost 50% more than another quote we received. The roof we have had installed has no more work than the roof they would have put on as the work described and shingles used were the same. I feel, rightly or wrongly, that because the neighborhood we live in has larger homes that the estimate may have been inflated. In any case we would have considered using them for a large paint job and remodeling our kitchen, but decided to go with other smaller self-employed suppliers for most of the other jobs we have around the house.

I think these guys do a great job. We have continued using them for all sorts of jobs around our house. They have shown us that they think we are a valued customer by giving us some discounts along the way. From now on, any job I need taken care of, I'm calling Fiderio & Sons.

THE COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESS IONAL. THE DOOR WORKS AND LOOKS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT IT WAS DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY.

THE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THE WORKMANSHIP AND QUALITY OF WORK IS OUTSTANDING. THEY REMAINED VERY CLOSE TO THE ESTIMATE PROVIDED AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF EVERY STEP.

IT ONLY TOOK THEM THREE MONTHS TO COME IN AND GUT OUR HOUSE OUT AND REMODEL THE WHOLE INSIDE. THE THING THAT REALLY SOLD US WITH THIS COMPANY WAS THE QUALITY OF MATERIAL THAT THEY USED AND THAT THEY REALLY INVOLVED US WITH THE PROJECT.
