Description of Work: I discussed the problem with the washing machine with him over the phone. He had me check something on the drum abd he said it wasn't worth repairing given the cost and age of the machine.

Description of Work: Our washing machine stopped mid cycle over a holiday weekend. I called Doug Monday morning and he came out that day. He needed a part but was able to put a temporary fix in while we waited. He was quick and polite, I would call him again.

Description of Work: He assessed and resolved an issue with the dishwasher. He was very efficient and resolved the issue quickly and charged the minimum amount for the service call. The only issue was that he was late (window was 9-11, he arrived at almost 12) although he did call shortly before 11 and let me know that he would be later than scheduled.

Description of Work: Doug showed up at 11:42 AM (as promised) and was ready to roll as I gave him a good description of the problem with my dishwasher(wouldn't get water to top rack). He had the replacement part on the truck and was done by 12:00 AM!! 18 minutes to fix a problem I lived with for weeks!! DISHWASHER WORKS LIKE NEW NOW AND THIS REVIEW IS BEING DONE ONE MONTH AFTER SERVICE WAS PERFORMED. THANKS DOUG!!!

Description of Work: Our washer quit working and we thought that we have to buy a new one. We contacted Doug's Appliance Service(Doug actually answered) and scheduled an appointment the next day. We had to cancel and Doug rescheduled for the following day. Doug arrived as scheduled and went right to work. In a approximately 1 hour Doug was done and our washer worked great. The invoice was less than $110.00 which was $0.00 less expensive than Sears min. charge. Super Service and great work. We will definitely use Doug's service again.

Sorry no LG or Bosch... I repaired them for a year... Often receiving the WRONG repair parts and waiting 5 days for them... I HAVE A SOLID reputation... I'm not going to allow the servicing of Bosch and LG products to damage it!
