About us

Not all carpet cleaners stack up the same. We are certified, insured and have over 15 years experience cleaning carpet. Our 16' trailer is equipped to handle any situation with state of the art equipment and cleaning agents. Our equipment can maintain solution temperatures up to 250F (121C) to help sanitize and reduce the use of excess detergents. This is REAL STEAM (as opposed to a hot water spray) which means a lot of water is not soaking your carpet, the soils are whisked away, and germs are killed. Period. It's not the cheapest system on the market to own, but quality and performance has it's worth.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in one bedroom and large living room area rug that had a very strong odor from years of animals being on it. The owner came out to do the work himself. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process completely. He used a low moisture machine and I was able to put furniture back in the room in 2 hours. The cleaning left a light clean fragrance behind. I will definitely use this service again.

Response from Bella Cleaning & Restoration
I'm not sure where to begin with this. The writer of the "review" purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" we put out for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. In the details of the deal, it very clearly says that we do "Light furniture moving" and that "area rugs" are not included in this deal. We also mentioned this to her in our correspondence and she in turn asked us to furnish a refund and then came here and wrote this. ????? What can I say? She purchased a deal that says we do light furniture moving and does not include area rugs and then gives us poor marks for doing light furniture moving and not including area rugs? Makes no sense at all. Below I will include our correspondence via Angie's list messaging for accuracy. I'm trying to find something positive in this, but I can't. We bend over backwards to serve our customers and work very hard to give good results. To get a "D" for work we never performed because someone didn't know what they bought or take the time to read what they bought is very frustrating. This "grade" affects our standing with Angie's list and therefore affects the well being of my business and my family. Not okay. It's probably not going to go anywhere, but I'm asking the originator to please remove this review as it was no error of ours whatsoever. Please do the right thing and remove this false accusation. To answer your question about moving furniture, the owner does all the work and he will move a chair or other light piece to one side and clean and then move it over to the other side. Description of Work: Owner, Jay arrived during the one hour window he had promised. He cleaned carpets in my master bedroom, office and finished basement. He finished in just under an hour and a half. He was very personable, explaining the process of what he was doing. (pretreating certain areas, etc.) He gave me a 10% discount for being an Angie's list member, as I had just missed an exclusive special for Angie's list members, due to being away on vacation. I plan to use him again soon to clean my tile in bathrooms and kitchen. (he said he would be running a special on tile cleaning soon)
