They got right back to me when I requested a service, but they were unable to do what I needed done. They graciously offered to send me the contact information of a colleague who could help me. Very prompt and very professional even when they did not have to be!

Out of service area, but they tried to work something out. After a while of no follow up, I decided to go with another company.

Pat promptly responded to my inquiry for carpet cleaning. The estimate for cleaning the carpet was very reasonable and Pat was able to schedule a date for services which worked for both of us. Received a reminder phone call from Pat the night before which I appreciated. The next morning Jay gave me a 15 minute heads up phone call and was prompt in getting to my home. When he arrived, Jay explained the cleaning process and examined the carpet for any special cleaning needs. He then got to work. Was very pleased that I had no soggy carpets when the work was done (as had occurred with prior cleaners) and was able to get everything back into place the next day. The carpet looks great.

I purchased a special priced offer for Bella to clean my carpets. Jay arrived within the scheduled window of time, and called 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he surveyed the rooms and got to work pretreating and then got to the actual cleaning of my now formally soiled carpets. My carpets are 8 years old and very light colored and really needed a good cleaning. I'm pleased to say that they look very fresh and clean and I'm very happy with the results.

Jay went in and did an excellent job cleaning a bad carpet on a rental property. I had to change the date several times and Pat at the office worked with me with no problem. He called me from the the site as I requested. The carpet came out like new. I am very pleased with his work and already recommended him to another owner in the same complex. I will work with Jay again.

I purchased the deal on Angie's List. At the time of purchase I did not see any information that indicated that it was for first time customers. Upon verbally connecting with the company's front office staff I was informed the deal was only for first time customers thus they would not honor the deal. I was directed to contact Angie's List to request a refund.

Jay did an excellent job and was very professional in explaining what he would be doing.Our carpets look like new. If we were ever in need of having any further carpets cleaned he would definitely be our choice. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for this type of service.

I hired Bella to clean the grout in my floor tiles. J did a terrific job. He was quick, thorough and very courteous.

Jay did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the floor tile grout in my kitchen and hall. Price was very reasonable and Jay explained exactly what he was going to do. He tested the tile so as to choose the best cleaning product for my grout. He called to say he would be 15 min late and I told him not to rush. He is very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning as well and I learned some new info. He also tried to save me money by suggested I may not need to seal grout, but I felt that I would like to have it done anyway and he did an excellent job. He works quickly and is very careful not to damage or dirty anything-wearing protective clothing.. I believe I spoke with his Mom to set up the appointment - she worked very hard to fit me in soon as my house was going on the market for sale and I got an estimated price immediately for additional work I added. Thanks again Jay - I will highly recommend you to others. (Date of service was either 6/23 or 6/24/14 - not home now to look it up)

We actually worked out a price to do more work than what was included in the deal. They sealed the grout as well for an extra $30 which they included in my estimate on the phone before the person even came. I very much appreciated them telling me that upfront and being honest with the suggestion and additional cost. The owner, Jay, came to do the work and he was very friendly and did excellent work.

It went well. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would. The price was acceptable. There was extra, over and above because they did the stairs and the hallway.

We were fairly high maintenance customers because we were trying to have Bella's work around our moving schedule, and they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Pat was kind on the phone, and Jay was both friendly and knowledgable when he showed up on site. We are recent Angie's list members, and we are the type of people who are very picky about finding the best price and value. I called many companies and nobody beat Bella's price or even came close. There is no doubt that we will be hiring Jay again for our next carpet cleaning. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case because he was so good. I'm truly shocked by the review I see below - people like hurt these types of forums where people like me go to get honest feedback, not see people settle personal vendettas.

It was very difficult to schedule the service. When it finally got scheduled, provider was late. Hoses did not extend all the way to the bedroom that needed cleaning. Hose length parameters should have been stated in the listing for the provider, or should have been made clear by the scheduler. Finally, the service person scratched the walls with the hose, did not close the gate when asked repeatedly (dogs escaped).

We've used Bella twice now. Each time he has done a fantastic job, above and beyond. He was running a little late once, called 1/2 hour before he was due to let us know he'd be 15 minutes late, and arrived when he said he would. Extremely pleasant to deal with and a very reasonable price. We get our carpets cleaned regularly because of 2 dogs and Jay is by far the best of the 3 services we've used. Asked him to look at our bathroom for tile cleaning and he explained why what he would do wouldn't help and what I should do instead - what a guy! Can't say enough good about him.

Made arragnements via email and the company also followed up with phone calls. Very pleasant and professional

I did not use this vendor because they were booking appointments several weeks beyond the time frame I needed the service. I could not wait since I needed to put my house on the market. I'm sure they were busy because of the deal.

Company did not get back to me right away regarding scheduling. When they did they informed me they couldn't schedule my job within my time frame. Getting refund through Angie's List.

When they called to schedule the appointment, they asked how large the area was that I wanted cleaned. I said that the deal was for 150 sq ft, and that I wanted my kitchen and two small bathrooms done. The woman told me that they would only clean one room. I said that my kitchen is tiny, and not 150 sq ft. She said it didn't matter, that the deal was for one space up to 150 sq ft. I told her that was not what it said on the coupon, and she said "Well, that's the deal". I said that $99 was steep to pay for my small kitchen. She said that Bella only gets 1/2 of the $99, and Angie's list gets the rest. She said it was just to get their name out to new clients and that it wasn't worth it to them to do more than one room. I decided to cancel and ask for a refund.
