Jay was professional, personable, reasonable, conversational, and everything else positive you would look for in a contractor coming into your home. He was a bit later than the appt time, but called well in advance of being late to let me know that he was stuck in traffic and about what time he would be arriving. He was great at explaining all of the things he was doing and the products he was using, as I have a two year old and was worried about toxicity and anything else I should be aware of regarding the products. I have passed his name onto my family and friends and would recommend him to anyone looking to clean/seal their tiles.

The ad says they’d do 150 sq ft of tile and I wanted them to split the sq footage over three rooms and I was told it only covered one room which was not listed in the details of the Big Deal. She said Angie's list gets half the money and it wouldn't be worth it to get that little of money to split the job between the rooms.

Great job - very professional and well done. Floors look amazing even a month later. Very polite and friendly too - highly recommended.

A representative came to the house and could not do the grout cleaning that we requested. We looked at different options and there was not a fit between service provider and our needs. The representative could not have been nicer.

He looked at all our showers and tole us that none of them needed to have its grout cleaned and sealed. He only cleans grout and does not remove any caulking that has been put over the grout. He will re-polish a small marble table. A very honest, pleasant and professional person. We wish we would have more work for him. Can only recommend him althoguh we did not see the results of his work.

Coordination to find a convenient day/time went great. They called me with some options and also got back to me promptly on some questions I had. Very pleasant and professional. They arrived on time and got the job done fast. My floors look great!

The work was done efficiently and when done the floors, which were installed in 1976. looked new. We could not be happier with this service. Bella's owner, Jay, also gave several tips on how to care for our tiled floors and bathroom tiles.

Everything turned out fine. The three bedrooms only took about an hour. Scheduling went well and he was on time for the appointment. The results came out beautifully and I could not beat the price.

Unbelievable results! Everything came out like new. We have a 5 & 9 year old and hadn't cleaned rugs & sofas in 4 years. Extremely professional, personable, fair and commitment to high quality results.

Both Jay and the woman on the phone who set up the appointment were extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. Our old carpet looked so much better when he was done; would definitely use him again.

From start to finish, this company is excellent. Jay's mom schedules the appointments and is delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. She also accommodated my request asap. Jay arrived right on time, was professional, kind to our animals, friendly and did a great job. The basement carpet (a teen boy hangout) looks fantastic. I was amazed he could bring it back. Everything came out great and I will definitely use Bella again.

When I called, I was able to get an appointment right away, because of a cancellation. I was pleased with the quick response and resulying job. These people are wonderful!

This company was referred to us by my brother, who had already used them twice in the past and said they were superb. I would certainly use them again myself, as we were very pleased with the results. The grout looks like new again, and we've already called one of Jay's referrals to secure an estimate on the grout repair in our shower.

I have used them for the last three years and they a really good company. The owner is nice, very accommodating and I will use them again in the future.
