Description of Work: called Stanley Steamer and scheduled a appointment to have three tile floors cleaned, and a stairway carpet cleaned. Two guys came out and they really didn't want to clean my tile floors due to they were mosaic tile floors. I was never informed by Stanley Steamer that they do not clean mosaic tile floors, these two guys said they would be waisting my money. I said I did not care and I wanted them cleaned. They did the bathroom floor which was mosaic tile came out beautiful, they cleaned the stairs carpet which came out ok and then they started on the sunroom which also was mosaic tile and that tile came up in one area and in multiple tiny pieces and ruined my floor. I cannot find this tile any more due to this floor is about 70 years old. They never said that my floor tile could come up and break in many pieces. They left and did not charge me and said someone from Stanley Steamer would contact me, I have never heard a word from them. I am left with a damaged floor. Karen Vanderfleet
