They did a fabulous job. They pretreated the stains and went over and over it. They went over the bedroom four times to get the most out that they could. It was money well spent. The people who came were very friendly and knowledgable. They were really great.

This was the first time we used them and we were very pleased.

I used Stanley Steemer because they could come right then and there because my grandson got sick on the carpet. The price was competitive.

The first person was a little bit more thorough than the second time around, but, we'll wait and see the next time, and express our desires that we want the borders a little bit more thoroughly cleaned. Our church uses them, so, I think they're competitively priced. They came in a timely manner, too.

I wanted it done, looked for convenience, and not the price. I initiated the process over the internet, they followed up with a courtesy call, they arrived in a timely manner, did it an efficient manner, and I don't have any complaints with the service they provided. They were quick, convenient, I didn't compare prices, but their price was probably pretty competitive.

They followed up, were prompt, and did a decent job.

They did a good job, they were quickly and friendly, and I am going to call them again after the winter is finished. I thought the price was reasonable, and the work was very good. They came when they said they were coming.

I was satisfied with their services as it was pretty good. There was one staircase, I knew that it would not get through great and I knew that it would not be too good but it came out to be right. They were on time and they called before they came in. The time frame was 11:00 to 13:00 and they came at about 12:30. They called me at 12:15 and told me that they were on their way. They were very courteous and got to work right away. They did a decent job. It was an eight hundred number but they came from Saddlebrook to New Jersey. Their price was a little high but it was worth it. The quality of their work was good.

My overall experience was good at first but unfortunately the stains came back. They came out and retreated and the stains came back again now. Initially, I was really excited to have the carpets cleaned again, but 75% of the stains came back. It’s frustrating. Their prices were quite competitive. I don’t know if it’s their work or their product, they seem to put some effort into their work and they did come out again, but the end result is I still have stains on my carpet. They were really nice guys that came out and they were really willing and hard working, and they were trying to help but the end result is I still have stains. These guys were cool. The guys that work for them seem to put out the effort.

It went badly. I had California shag in the room with padding beneath. The people cleaning the carpet used too much water and did not remove it properly and then used a perfume spray on the carpets that was horrible smelling. The carpets were to be cleaned with steam but they used too much water. I would not recommend them.

The team was punctual and very professional. They did a good job removing very stubborn stains from a very old carpet. They moved furniture as needed and was sure to ask where any particularly bad stains were so they could be treated before the cleaning. They also did a very good job on an area rug that I had not planned on having cleaned but since it only cost $20.00 to clean I decided to have it done and was happy with the outcome.

It was mediocre. They were okay and we probably wouldn't use them again. We've had better for less. We used them and it certainly didn't cover the price difference.

The 2 guys that came over were very professional. In the past, we've had carpet cleaners from other companies that were a bit scary - these guys were good. They spent a ton of time in the family room cleaning all the spots in the carpet and our couch (which was a bit nasty). When they were done, we did not recognize the color since it was so clean. Only complaint was that there was a bit of a sell job to my wife on extras that I know we didn't need. Price was not the cheapest, but I'll pay a bit extra to get people in the house that are not scary.

They were professional & did a great job.

I was pretty happy with the service as the men were nice with pleasant attitudes. The only thing I was not satisfied with was a stain on a bedroom carpet that came back after the carpet had dried. I did not call them back about the stain, however.

The lead worker was very pushy on selling additional products. Even though I said no he kept politely pushing. The original cost before they arrived was $175 but I was successfully pushed into spending twice that amount. He even convinced me to have my cushioned couch and chair cleaned for $120. I was happy with the result but NOT the price. My closet doors in 2 bedrooms came off their tracks in this process. I had my brother-in-law put one set of doors back on track but there are still problems with the other set making them tough to open and close. I was very uncomfortable with the other worker in that he kept speaking very softly and I couldn't hear him. Even when I asked him to repeat himself I couldn't hear him. He asked for a glass of water and sat near me and wanted to talk about his personal problems. He ended up working outside, (or sitting outside), and the lead worker ended up doing most of the work after that.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL. THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY LEFT THE ROOMS HOW THEY FOUND THEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO OTHERS.
