Firstly I would like direct my apologies to [member's name removed] for not being able to assist her with our services due to lack of time as we currently 5 weeks out with our schedule. Secondly, in regards to our "8 hours labor services" it is an introductory rate that allows us, service providers, to say hello to new prospect clients to develop new business relationships and so on. Thirdly, to clarify our phone conversations to[member's name removed] i would to add the following. 1- [member's name removed] was informed from the beginning before she bought services that we were 5 weeks out from the purchase date. 2- that the amount of work she was having done (install an entire kitchen, counter top, sink,faucet, drain lines, water supply, 2 vanities, 2 toilets) could not be covered by 8 hours of labor and that such services is not categorized as handyman services for requiring specialized labor. Let me also add that as business person, changing my schedule to accommodate services that are not profitable is not of my interest. So while I have never been unprofessional to[member's name removed] , given the facts [member's name removed] may be correct to say that i did not show much interest in her project. Let me politely state that this is a matter of "business common sense" We also pride ourselves as great service providers and keep our doors open for all prospect clients who may consider Build-All.
