Build All LLC

I had purchased the deal of the day 8 hours of painting. It took a couple of days before Nardo got back to me to schedule an appointment. However, there were multiple cancellations before he came to see the job. He was very nice and gave me suggestions on the paint colors for the kitchen, I used them and the kitchen came out amazing. He told me that the job would be scheduled the following week. He contacted me on the following Thursday and told me it would be Monday the following week. He called me on Monday and said the job they were on ran long and they would be there on Tuesday  at about 11:00am and he would be over later that day. However, no one showed up and Nardo could not be reached by phone. He called and stated he was in a class and did not get the message until later that afternoon. The painters showed up on Wednesday and completed the job staying late to do so. The paint job turned out exceptionally well. I would use them again, however if there was a time constraint on getting the job done I would not use them

Nado and his assistant accomplished all chores in fairly short order, about 4 hours. Wished I had more jobs for them. Very pleased with the outcome.

Quality of work excellent, but I found that you have to be patient with Nado and his crew. I had the feeling throughout that he may have been speading himself a little to thin; that maybe he had a few jobs going at the same time.But I have absolutely no problems with the end result and I've already contracted him for more work.

They where here on time and worked right thur until finished.

The project went very smoothly. Nado is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand the problem. The ceiling came out great. I was worried at first that the repaired spot would stand out, but he merged it nicely with the existing ceiling.

Professional and quality work. Really looks great. I will definitely use Build-All in the future. While the estimated cost remained the same, the one downside was that the job took longer than the timeframe given. We changed our minds and requested a tile floor, which took an extra day. But the labor still went three days beyond what it took to lay the tile.

Nado did great work and you would never know there used to be a break in the wall.

They were very good and reasonably priced.  They were very efficient.   They used my own tools, not their own tools.

They were on time, professional, fast and did nice work. I definitely would like them to start/finish some other projects I have going on.

Very affordable and easy to deal with. Answered emails and calls timely. After the job was over Nado and his workers helped us move a several hundred pound woodstove out of our house, which they really didn't have to do. Nice folks, highly recommended.

Nado and his team had great ideas of how to provide the solutions we were looking for. They did quality work and were professional and  friendly throughout the process. A true pleasure to do business with.

They're doing an excellent job. They're still working on our kitchen so it's probably going be two to three weeks and it will be completed. So far, we've been extremely pleased. The quoting process went very well. They gave us a quote upfront and wasn't looking for any money down. It was a free quote. We were very pleased with them and that's why we went with them. Not only that but they have excellent reviews from Angie's List. That's how we initially went with them. He explained that it was a busy time and he gave us a date when we was going start and that's when he started. I thought the price was very reasonable.

We were very happy with the work. Have already asked him to come to our other home to do some other repairs.

The work went very well.  They were punctual and very professional.  The owner Nado Neves is very conscientious of the work being done and was on site with his workers.  They completed the fence in one day, which was incredible.  Mr. Neves inspected the work to make sure it was done properly.  Mr. Neves brought the materials and presents the receipts for all purchases.  Any material that was not used he deducted from the price of the fence.  I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

They were excellent. They were first-rate, very professional. The price was excellent, follow-through was also very good. They are just a pleasure to work with.

The representative from Build All LLC. came 15 minutes late and didn't bring a ladder to look at a roof problem. He was very nice, but didn't make my project seem like top priority. He was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable, but seem over-booked. He did come the very next day after I called because of the time constraint I was under, and his quote was accurate to the cost.

They are dependable and reliable.  They give good quotes. They are going to do another project for me.

He is good and knows what he is doing. He is on time and does what he says. He does a really good job. I am very happy with him. I would recommend him to others as he is worth it and fairly priced.

Nado was extremely responsive and very professional.   All work was done within the agreed upon time frame and pricing came in within his written estimate.    High quality result and Nado clearly takes pride in his work.   I would recommend him to anyone and plan to contact him the next time I need remodeling work done.

I’ve done several different things and the charges depended on what I’ve had done.  I’m not comfortable disclosing the prices.  I will use their services again in the future.

Very well.  Nado Neves was professional and very helpful, giving me advice in the estimate about what I had to replace and what I didn't (.e.g., he told me I didn't have to replace the stairs on my back porch, which were sound but needed painting, but just the planking on top, which someone had replaced with non-pressure treated wood).  The estimate was significantly lower than the other two estimates I got (975 v. 1300 and 2100).  He then worked with my difficult schedule (there was only a week window in which the job could be done, and I had to leave town 3 weeks after we agreed on the job) to get the job done.  The job was done very quickly (only one day of work by his team, with Nado coming to check and fix some details that weren't done to his satisfaction the next day), and was done well.  I could also tell that Nado cared about preserving the quality of my house, which is 100 years old--he gave me advice, for example, about cutting away some shrubs that had grown near the foundation.  I would definitely use Build All again, and would recommend it to others.
