Nado and his team do wonderful work, with a great attitude, all at competitive prices. He responded quickly to my request, was patient and thorough when we dealt with the insurance company, and was honest and communicative about everything right up until the end. His crew was prompt, courteous, clean, and did great detailed work.

Nado and his team did an amazing job at repairing and painting the exterior of our house. The house looks like a brand new house now. Nado's team were very professional, and their attention to detail was great. They addressed any concerns we had throughout the process, and the results speak for themselves. The original price on the contract was exactly what the finished price was. We added additional work at the end, as we were surprised there wasn't additional overages. Nado was true to his word, treated us with respect, and never went back on any of his promises. We had an issue with 1 of the colors being used on the deck. There was a mis-understanding on what color we wanted on it. A quick call to Nado resolved the issue. His team corrected the color quickly, and it looks amazing. The results of the project went above and beyond any of our expectations. This was our first experience using Nado and and his team, and we would recommend them to anyone looking for work done on their house. They will not disappoint you, and the results will be amazing. They treat the work as if they were working on their own houses, wanting everything to be perfect. We plan on having additional work done next year, and Nado will be our first call.

After initially reaching out to build all llc I got a quick response to set up an appointment for a quote. They promptly showed up at the agreed upon date and time, were extremely friendly, and made me feel comfortable with their action plan. A few days later, after a couple of other quotes, I attempted to reach out to the company to inform them I wanted to inform them that they won the job. No answer so I left a voicemail. The next day I called again in the morning and got not answer so I decided to call in the afternoon. I spoke to Nado to let him know I would like to hire him and he said he would email his plan for the job so I knew what to expect and he would be by the following week to do measurements. Fast forward to the following week and he never shows, no call to inform me he had to reschedule or anything. The week AFTER that I attempted to reach out to Nado and build all to check the status on this job and was met with a voicemail again. After multiple attempts and voicemails on my end I have decided to cut ties. I don't know if this is the typical build all experience or not but I would most definitely NOT recommend this business and their terrible communication to anyone else. You should look elsewhere!!!

It worked out good. They did a good job. They were good. They were polite and everything. The work was good. They were right on time. Their punctuality was pretty good. Their professionalism was very good. I would definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely superb in all respects. We will be calling this firm again to do other work. Highest recommendation!!

Overall, the contractor was nice. Explained what he thought I should do etc. The only issue was his solution to the problem was uch more expensive than anyone else's and would have ended up being more than I needed to do. I also got the sense that my job, in his mind was a waste of time as he kept describing it is as a "little" job.

They did a great job from start to finish!

They were able to schedule our two-day job very quickly. The work was done efficiently and everything looks really good. Estimate was accurate.

The service was good. The staffs were very good and pleasant. There were some delays. Everything was nice and neat when they left the areas. I probably would use them again in the future.

They were great. They were able to do everything that I needed with that price. We did talk about additional work that I ended up just doing what I had paid for and no additional work. They are very friendly. Easy to work with. I have recommended them to quite a few people who have now used them. They are pretty good. There was a little time were you know they came twice and a hour and a half late one of the times and I didn't hear from them and so I was like are they coming and whats is going on and I was sitting around and waiting but other than that they were fine. They were pretty professional.

Very nice, but not great workmanship. Shower faucet/mixing valve installed backward (when you direct it toward "cold" the water's hot and vice versa). Ok, could live with that once we figured it out. But in taking off the valve to figure out the problem, discovered that the (newly installed) pipes were leaking. They were very apologetic, came out and fixed it promptly. Then the drain backed up, because the grout hadn't been vacuumed up. Not so prompt this time, took one week for anyone to return a phone call. Four months later, the grout is completely cracked. Again, one week to respond to a phone call, and now they're "out of the country" and can't come for a week. The price was right, but I guess you get what you pay for...

It went great! Nado is wonderful to work with. He's take a real interest in the project and is happy to offer suggestions and even fix existing problems without needing to be asked. For example, he respackled the room two times before painting it (to correct the shoddy job the previous owner did) just to make sure the new work came out nice. The quality of the work is fantastic as well. He's very knowledgeable about his craft and can handle anything you throw at him (including my crazy ExactTemp valve I had picked out ;-) ) He took care of the plumbing the first day (My condo requires advanced notice to shut off the water so we had to work around their schedule), then spent about 2 days for the rest of the work. He took care of disposing everything and gave the room a good vacuum when he was done. I wish I could post a picture of the bathroom but you'll have to take my word that it came out awesome.

Overall, I felt the two gentlemen that completed the job did a very beautiful job and the work was beautiful. They were very professional. On the other hand, I dont like the way the contractor went about having the job completed by them. I met him at Home Depot early in the morning and after paying for the cabinets that were to be installed, he told me he would see me later as he had a job to complete in Avon. I felt like he thought the job in Avon was more important than me and he even told me he wasnt making any money from my job and was doing me a favor. I just felt like if he was going to have someone else do the job, he could have at least introducted me to them and not just leave me out in the open as to what was going on. As I said before, the job completed looks great and the 2 gentleman did a wonderful job but I am very upset with how he went about everything.

He was receptive, king and understanding that I needed to cancel.

Nado is very easy and pleasant to work with. The work was done quickly, during the day while I was at work so I trusted them. The main work was completed well, however there is some finish work that needs to be done. Caulking between the vanity top and the walls. I also needed to vacuum my carpets as there is quite a bit of debris I keep finding in the living room; don't know how that happened. The boxes and left over sinks were not taken away, so I was left with cleaning up this waste. I did not specify this when we first discussed the details of the job, so I have learned that I need ask a few more questions and confirm a few more details about the project in the beginning. I need to get better at hiring help, I own this. I will certainly call Nado and Build All again when I need some service done.

I am fussy, a was a bit skeptical about using someone new even if it was someone from Angie's list. Nado called me back within a few hours of my initial contact and explained pricing, tasks, what materials were needed and what I needed to do prior to his arrival. Knowing my situation with the break-in, Nado was very accommodating in scheduling the work within 48 hours of my initial call. I selected and purchased the door at Home Depot that he suggested and he picked it up the morning on the install. Everything went great. They arrived on time and began work immediately, the few minor issues that were encountered during the workday Nado handled with ease. He and his Crew are polite, professional, knowledgeable, well spoken and have easy going positive personalities. Additionally they are neat, cleaning all debris before they left. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Build All, LLC and I will defiantly use them in the future.

They said they would call and never did.

Nado Neves and team were great to work with and able to do a very thorough job: carpentry, painting, masonry. We could not be happier with the result. The siding repairs and exterior paint were well done. The reinforced, newly painted deck is perfect too.

I had purchased the deal of the day 8 hours of painting. It took a couple of days before Nardo got back to me to schedule an appointment. However, there were multiple cancellations before he came to see the job. He was very nice and gave me suggestions on the paint colors for the kitchen, I used them and the kitchen came out amazing. He told me that the job would be scheduled the following week. He contacted me on the following Thursday and told me it would be Monday the following week. He called me on Monday and said the job they were on ran long and they would be there on Tuesday at about 11:00am and he would be over later that day. However, no one showed up and Nardo could not be reached by phone. He called and stated he was in a class and did not get the message until later that afternoon. The painters showed up on Wednesday and completed the job staying late to do so. The paint job turned out exceptionally well. I would use them again, however if there was a time constraint on getting the job done I would not use them

The person was a very nice guy and showed up on time.

Nado and his assistant accomplished all chores in fairly short order, about 4 hours. Wished I had more jobs for them. Very pleased with the outcome.

Quality of work excellent, but I found that you have to be patient with Nado and his crew. I had the feeling throughout that he may have been speading himself a little to thin; that maybe he had a few jobs going at the same time.But I have absolutely no problems with the end result and I've already contracted him for more work.

I spoke to Nado in early May to get quoted on some deck and exterior trim work. He was friendly on the phone and he confirmed that he would be out within the next few days to provide me a quote. Well, about 3 weeks have passed and I have not received a follow up or response back from him despite emailing and calling him. Maybe something happened but for now, I am inclined to leave an overall poor rating due to lack of response and ignoring my communications. Not the level of service I expected given their overall A rating.
