Description of Work: Resurfaced the kitchen and hallway ceilings, installed recessed lighting and pendant lights . The finished work is beautiful and any delays were due to humidity slowing down the drying process.

He knows pretty much everything about everything in the home improvement field. | |He thrives in designing and remaking the look of any room in your home. | |He is also a very bright, respectful and cheerful individual. | |He will go the extra mile for you and does not nickel and dime you along the way. | |I interviewed 17 contractors, over a period of 8 months. They ran the gamut between "cheap", and high-end. | |Nado was somewhere in the middle, but I knew he was the RIGHT man for our family the moment I met him. | |His crew was great! Leandro, his jack of all trades and Master of All second hand man, is a quiet young man. He has great ideas as well as Nado and is also a great craftsman. | |WORK PERFORMED: |Refinished and 're-designed my lower level. This included demo, DRYWALL, painting, electrical, plumbing, heating and air-conditioning installation/upgrading. All lighting, shower installation where there was never one. | |We love these guys and would use them again! | |My reason for a few B ratings is 1. IF you are on a timeframe, I would have a VERY serious discussion with them up front, because he is quite busy. 2. Be very specific up front on fees. Though, fees changing is the nature of the beast in this business. | |Overall, you will probably not find a "package" of honesty, integrity, good workmanship, and respectability in an entire crew for the price! | |One more thing I have to say, that I never say about anyone because I am not so easy to please. | |YOU CAN SAY OR ASK NADO ANYTHING, IN WHATEVER SORT OF DEMEANOR....AND HE WILL NEVER NEVER RESPOND IN A DISRESPECTFUL WAY! | |AND THAT IS WHAT BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I APPRECIATED IN HIM. | |Enough said.

Description of Work: Installed a bathroom exhaust fan and a pre-hung exterior door. I was really impressed with the workmanship. So much so that I will likely go straight back to them for future work. These jobs were done well. However they did not clean up or dispose of old material after words, and they lost, or never found 2 of 4 keys that should have been included with the lock set.

Description of Work: Remodeling bathroom--still working on it but we are very happy with progress and how it is turning out.

Description of Work: Painted front porch, garage doors, back deck and small upper deck. Replaced rotted wood underneath siding in area underneath back deck. Came up with solution for garage door that had severe wood rot that will protect it through the winter and longer, until I can get it replaced, that was cosmetically pleasing. Did other small things that I appreciated. | |Nado has an eye for detail that I very much appreciate. He and his co-worker did a wonderful job and I am so glad that I have found him and I will definitely be hiring him again. Highly recommend!!!

Description of Work: Fixed crooked doors, gate, fence. Two men came and fixed problems around the house. They worked quickly and I actually ran out of things to fix before my prepaid time was up. They were very courteous.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of our house. It was a difficult job since our house is quite high. Everything went very well. Nado, the manager of the company also offered to fix up some masonry work for us for free. They did as they promised. They listened to my requests. I will definitely call them again in the future. Nado is a bit of a salesman type, but he listens and he tries hard to meet all our requirements.

Description of Work: Build-All managed an expansion and complete remodel of my 1929 home, raising the roof to create a second story that has two bedrooms and two baths with extensive custom tile work, and a complete makeover of the first floor including new kitchen, new windows/doors, new sheetrocking, hardwood floor replacement, painting all 11 rooms, and addition of a four-season porch and exterior fencing. The project came in on time and under budget, and Build-All's workmanship was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable throughout this complex process. Oh and did I say affordable? I have recommended Build-All to several friends who are equally pleased with their results.
