Although the cleaning was okay, the main thing I want to point out is the professionalism. When I called the owner, she recommended her daughter to do the cleaning. I was okay with it because she noted that the daughter works with her. When I met the daughter, she told me that she works with her Mom part time (therefore, a part-time co-worker). I asked her for a price/quote and we had a verbal agreement. The first few cleanings were great and I paid cash because it was convenient at the time. I have asked for receipts multiple times for my records to the daughter and I never received them. So for this last cleaning, I decided to get a money order for my recordkeeping. I put it in the daughter's name and referenced the company. To my surprise, the owner called me and told me that "She made a business decision to not work with me anymore" all because I put the company name on the money order. She also stated that it was underpaid and that it wasn't fair that I gave her daughter cash and then all of a sudden give her a money order and that she would have to claim taxes on it. I am very confused as to why a money order would stop the service? But in any case, I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was responded to pretty much immediately. I needed someone to clean my apartment for a move-out. The end result of amazing! All carpets cleaned; kitchen counters and appliances cleaned inside and out; bathroom sink and tub cleaned; plus all linoleum floors; all cobwebs removed from high ceilings and ceiling fans. Brittany kept me apprised of how things were going and sent me pictures of everything on my phone when she was finished. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Dawn was amazing! She came to my house and went over every inch with me to give me an estimate. I was very stressed due to the fact that the people who moved out left 75% of the furniture, and food. Dawn calmed me down and assured me it was going to be ok. Dawn and her staff cleaned every inch of the house, included vacuuming out and cleaning the cabinet drawers. She and her staff made me feel like I was home. I highly recommend Dawn and the rest of her company. They are also cleaning my old house so we can put it on the market.

I have used them for 7 years now. She charges how messy the house is. She does the floors, windows, and dusting, the stuff which I cannot do it myself because I have a back injury. It takes too much for me to wash and wax my floors. Day to day cleaning I can do that, it's the nitty gritty stuff I can't do. She has a crew that will come and do your yard too. She has a crew that works outside; she does a lot with hoarders. She goes in and cleans up hoarders' apartments. If you want your garage cleaned and organized, she does that, same with attic or the basement.
