I hired Dawn when I realized my anxiety and depression had affected my ability to keep my home clean and organized. She was happy to assist and was able to pinpoint quick, achievable tasks that have big impacts on my home. I cannot recommend her enough.

We hired Dawn to deep clean my father in laws house and we couldn't be happier. The place looks immaculate after dawn worked her magic tackling years of accumulated dust and grime. Dawn is friendly and a motivated professional with lots of experience. She even organized a lot of his stuff to make his home safer and more comfortable for him.

I would never attempt to hire this extremely unprofessional service. Do not keep commitment and on google the bad reviews got EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE RESPONSES ALLUDING THE CUSTIMERS DIAGNOSIS’ OF PSYCHIATRIC NEED TO GO TO INSTITURE IF LIVING. IM NOT SYRE A CLEANING LADY HAS THE QUALIFICATIONS TO DIAGNOSE ANX PUT IT IN A OUBLIC FORUM It made me physically sick to read. In my personal exp I was assured she’d come before Christmas. That’s what she commi to anx it was not cheap but I was thrilled as I had told her why. She also was advised I had 2 other agencys willing to come BUT SHE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC AND GAVE A GREAT SELL. I CANCELLED THE ITHER 2 based on her commitment. She then rescheduled 3x finally untilAFTER Christmas which was extre infusing since she even wanted to put out the de orations as we ve had alot of health issues and have had no strength or energy. When I questioned why after Checking as that wasn’t the deal she then responded at 7:09 pm via text that we were not the right fit. Her family was there and she decided let text she wanted to spend time w family. So pretty much saying . Screw you & your dreams of a nice Christmas for your family b/c she def wasted my time & way too late to go with a much more reputable agency. When I attempted to call. Her as soon as I saw this text from her it was 8:14 on an hour after her text. She went off stating his the time I wax texting was it appropriate etc but I had requested she call me as I was at. Loss as thinking .did I do something wrong ? I went thru all our texts and no I did not. IMO She just better things to do anx La jd professional courtesy and commitment in keeping her word. Very bad business ethics for a business owner. I highly suggest you read one woman’s issues if unforseen added fees and her threats to them if the surprise charges were not paid. There’s no doubt after what I’ve experienced in this short week that the reviewer was telling the truth. But the worst part is this Dawnd cleaning response was. Please read that before eveb think about hiring this very incompetent & unstable business owners meaning if the words business ethics. In long run I am quite sure she did ne a favor after easing the completely insane response she wrote in google reviews. I’d actually think it’s a civil lawsuit & I’ve be er sued but from experience in paralegal for a bit it def is a borderline civil suit. But it’s DEF GASLIGHTING & DEFLECTION WHER IT COULD IF BEEN A WAY TO RECTIFY AND KEARN FROM A DISGRUBTKED CUSTOMER. BUT SHE IMNEDIATLY HIT BELOW BELT AND WEBT ON A PASIVE AGGRESSIVE NARCISSIST ATTACK ST TGE REVIEW. Idk about you but I think I’d save my money and call an experienced organizer /cleaners who has enough sense to never response diagnosing a client w mental illness disorder and suggesting the state psych facility all while causing even more stigma and Shane to those with mental illness. She offended everyone I’ll or not in that response. Some of the ones with he worst mental illness don’t admit they have it and I M just guessing this is a situation. That I can not diagnose but imo. I’d steer far abd xkear from this business. It’s def not worth the headaches and wasted time. Good luck ta

Extremely unprofessional. We hired Dawn to come for a day and do a deep clean of our first floor and junk removal from our garage and basement. We were quoted $1200 and then $100 for weekly cleaning/organizing. It seemed high to me but she was able to fit us in at the end of the week and we really wanted it done. On the day of I was expecting a team. Dawn arrived alone. She told us that if the junk removal could be $200-$300 more max. We weren’t crazy about that but said ok. She later also claimed she had said $120, not $100 for the weekly clean which is not true. When the junk removers arrived they smelled potently of marijuana and were clearly very high. When they started they were bumping into stuff. Despite my best efforts Dawn had them take many brand new items and items that were meant for donation, while not taking items I actually wanted removed. About 2.5-3 hours in Dawn demanded another $800 for the junk removers or she said the junk removers would not come back for the second load, most of which was already outside on our driveway and lawn. We told her no- that was not what had been discussed and was way too high of an increase. At that point Dawn threatened to sue me for not agreeing to the huge price increase. I had to ask her to leave. She proceeded to refuse and walked around inside our house recording (even though I did not sign the paper that would allow photograph and/or video to be taken inside our home, which I reminded her). She then stood in out driveways yelling and insulting us for about 20 minutes before finally leaving. We have since procured another estimate for the junk removal and clean up of the mess they left and it is much more reasonable at $150 vs. the $800 extra Dawn was demanding. Needless to say, we do not recommend Dust to Dawn. *It was brought to my attention that Dawn made a public post about me on her page. When I commented on it stating "Wow. I think this post speaks for itself. Beyond unprofessional. We are lucky our security cameras caught most of what was said." Dawn changed the post settings so that I could not see it and hid my comment. Yet it is still on her page. You may notice there are 17 comments, yet only 14 are viewable. That is because Dawn hides any that are not in line with her point of view. Happy to share or post the security footage of Dawn calling me a "******* hoarder", stating she was "going to sue you and put a lien on this house", and that "you walk all over your husband." for anyone on the fence about hiring this company.

I've used other companies but Dawn is the Best at what she does . Shes honest reliable ,passionate and willing to go the extra mile to achieve perfection . Using anyone else would be a compromise. If you want the job done right Dawn is who you call .

Dawn was excellent. She was very professional and has a great deal of experience. She was able to provide some valuable tips and insight.

Dawn and team are remarkable! they are prompt , professional , and know their stuff. Dawn herself did a "walk though" and she listened to what was important to me and what was not. Then she came up with a plan that worked. She and her crew come with all their own equipment and supplies and get straight to work. They are incredibly flexible in working around my families schedule. After their services my kitchen sparkles, the whole house smells clean, and it looks like a professional staged it. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

She is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints and she is extremely honest. Its a great relationship and If I ask her to work on something she will but I never really have any problems. She shows up on time everyone Friday. She is reliable, honest, and she does an exceptional cleaning job.

I was really impressed with the service. They did an excellent job, were on time and very courteous. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

Grade 'D' due to the price. $398 for barely 2 hours work. She didn't want to take time to do one of my priorities, wiping the blinds. She wasted time on things not related to cleaning, fancy folds in the towels, rearranging my grandkids' stuffed animals into little displays. I wish she had spent the time cleaning. The work was adequate but at almost $200/hour, not nearly worth the money. I suggest getting in writing the things you want done before you agree on a price.

Dawn and her assistant were amazing. From the first time she came to the house, we loved her personality and knew she was right for us. I could not believe how beautifully clean my bathroom was! No more hideous well water stains in the shower. And the kitchen was so clean I didn't even want to cook and mess it up! I can't wait for her to come back and help us out again. I would recommend her to anyone who needs some help with their housecleaning.

Dawn was very professional at all times! I contacted her about a month before our move, and she called back a few times as our moving day approached. She then met me in the condo to discuss all of the services she would be able to do, and I decided on the level of cleaning necessary. It was a pleasure to speak with her directly and talk about all of the kinds of services that she offers. It was at that time that she indicated that she had a worker who could come and take away all the detritus that we didn't want, but didn't have the time or energy to take away ourselves in advance of her cleaning. At first, I didn't think that we would need these additional services, but as we approached the weekend and with the advent of a snow storm, this possible answer to our situation became the obvious one to take. I texted her that we would like to use this additional junk removal, and she was happy to comply. The young man came on Monday and cleaned out the junk, then Dawn came in Tuesday and really cleaned the entire empty condo and made it very presentable. Her rates are very affordable, and she was just so nice to speak with every time. I have already recommended her to my friends, and I will continue to do so!

Dawn was incredibly easy to contact. I left her a message and she called back immediately. We were able to schedule a date with in two days to do a walk through of the property so Dawn could provide me with a free estimate for her services. Even though the company generally does not operate on weekends, I was in a crunch; Dawn was willing to accommodate me. Dawn was able to communicate with the tenant and establish an agreed upon arrival time for that Saturday morning. That evening as promised Dawn sent me an email with different service options and their costs. The tenant failed to vacate the property by the agreed upon Saturday, so I had to postpone until the following Saturday. Dawn still accommodated me. Dawn and her cleaning team showed up on time as promised. She staggered the arrival of the team to allow for the most efficient use of time. I was so pleased with the results of Dawn's work as she worked that I called my realtor and asked her to come meet Dawn and see for herself the unbelievable cleaning job Dawn had just completed. (my realtor is the one who told me I would need a professional cleaning company after my tenant left). She couldn't believe it either!! Dawn and her team were able to bring my property back to sparkling!! Additionally, Dawn took before and after photos that tell the story for me. Thank you Dawn!!!!

Dawn and crew are very pleasant and punctual. They worked hard for several hours to clean the house. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Dust to Dawn to anyone.

Great! I called late and only had a small window of time but she got there and got the job done perfectly- it looks like I installed everything new! She was puctual and through - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dawn who is willing to take on any level of mess and make it shine

Dawn did an amazing job! She spent time where it was needed (shower and wood floors) and made sure that the house was sparkling. After she was finished, she sent us an email detailing what she had done and sent a before and after picture of the hardwood floors. I HIGHLY recommend Dust to Dawn Cleaning Services. Highly.

i guess one of major pluses is that Dawn shows up on time and performs all requsted work.

In early September, Dawn, the owner came out and after an inspection and conversation suggested an initial cleaning but she told me that it did not have to be as comprehensive as I thought since with the regular visits, she and her staff would keep making incremental improvements. She did the initial cleaning for 175, and after several visits of biweekly visits at 110 each, she actually suggested that since I was living alone with no pets, that the place could be maintained to my spec with monthly visits.. So we switched to monthly visits. She and her staff vacuum all the carpeted areas, maintain two full baths and a half bath, and a large kitchen/family room. They also dust and generally leave the condo looking fresh and neat.
