Rob was very pleasant and upfront with his services and prices and put no pressure on me to decide. He was available to install the central vacuum soon after I called back. He was on time and professional during the visit. He left the area clean and was courteous and honored the agreed price. I'm very pleased with the vacuum and the service Rob provided and highly recommend him.
