I DIDN'T EXPECT TO HAVE TO HAVE TO PAY OVER $1000 TO REPAIR A BROKEN SPRING IN MY NOZZLE HOSE.

I immediately received a return call and actually they were able to send someone later that day, but unfortunately I would not be available. Steve arrived on the scheduled date and unfortunately as I expected the entire unit needed to be replaced, but since it was over 30 years old I knew better than to complain. Steve replaced the old unit, explained how to change the filter etc and it is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Steve was terrifiv and we did resolve the problem after a significant time. Would definitely use Steve again.

They make a FREE service call to Dx problem with my central vacuum. They immediately s Ed the problem at no cost. Customer service was excellent. Only place that encouraged me fix my existing system. Others immediately tried to sell me a new system. Also educated me about central vac systems and improvements in tools. Very satisfied with the service I got from both Rob and Steve. I plan to buy some of the newer power tools and if I need to replace my system in the future, I will definitely use them!! Thanks Guys!
