Description of Work: Replaced all 4 door hinges on my double oven. Jim came to our twice because one of the hinges was defective(not his fault; I purchased the hinges). He spent a lot of time replacing the hinges on the oven doors, making sure that they worked correctly. Also, he replaced a catch on my dryer for free!!Highly recommend this company. |

Description of Work: My oven in an older range (from 1984) had stopped heating above 250 degrees. I called on a Friday, and James came out that day and quickly diagnosed the problem; the heating element needed to be replaced. Because of the age of the range, the heating element was not one he carries on his truck, but he called his supplier in Philadelphia who shipped it out that afternoon and he installed it first thing Tuesday morning. Each visit only took about 10 minutes. He was very quick and efficient but also very personable and although I hope that I never have need for heavy appliance repair again, if I did, he's the one I would call.

When you call he always tells you exactly when he?ll call back, he always calls on time, and he always comes on time. It isn?t that he is cheaper than others but he is very skilled at fixing old appliances and he is also very meticulous about being professional.
Description of Work: A & M Saks Appliance Service fixed my refrigerator. He analyzed why my refrigerator was getting too warm and he discovered that one of the gaskets was worn out.
