Description of Work: RH Lee installed crown molding throughout our home. They made excellent suggestions on style, showed up when they said they would, were nice, finished the job quickly, cleaned up when the job was done, were responsive to our phone calls, and did a great job overall. Additionally, they did the job on short notice. I'd definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Mr. Lee has done work on my home and on my daughter's home on at least five occasions over the past three years. At various times, he has installed fencing around my property, repaired kitchen cabinets, repaired stair ballustrades, sanded and painted interior woodwork, and painted interior walls. Mr. Lee solved a plumbing problem with an outside faucet that three plumbers couldn't solve and installed a basement sink for me. He and his capable wife, who often accompanies him as a helper, have given me excellent advice on tree removal on my property. My daughter's home was damaged by water in the basement during the hurricane of August 2011. Please note that because my daughter is a working, single mom who lives nearby and I am retired, she asked me if I would take on the task of repairs. So, while the work listed below was done for my daughter at her home, it was I who dealt with all the work. I called in the Lees. They restored the damaged basement room. They removed carpeting and tiled the floor, replaced the wallboard with water-resistant material, and replaced a dampened hung ceiling with sheetrock. Trim and a ceiling fan/light were installed. Most important, the advice of what materials to use came from the Lees. My daughter and I found that advice to be just as valuable as a completed job well-done...which it was! Mr. Lee then set up a system in the basement to forestall future water problems. We had previously asked two plumbers for a "system" to keep a sump hole from overflowing during a power outage. They had no answers. Mr. Lee shopped for appropriate pumps and a generator, and then reworked the basement plumbing. Happy to say, his system has worked admirable in two subsequent electrical failures! Mr. Lee's talents also extend to fine woorworking. He has designed and constructed beautiful, built-in wall units for two rooms. The units are quite large; each unit fills the wall in its room. One serves as a bookcase/storage unit; the other is a TV/bookcase/storage wall. His wife painstakingly sands and paints. The units are both functional and stunning, and they have enhanced the value of the house.
