Excellent service. Bob is a professional with excellent mechanical skills. He offers good solutions to problems that may occur. His wife Laura is an excellent spackler and painter and offers very good advice and alternative solutions for design and practical ideas.

It went very well. At the start they gave me tips on how to save money and how best to direct my redecorating efforts. They were efficient, pleasant, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Robert and Laura were superb! Their price for the work we needed was well under the other contractor's we contacted and they were absolute perfectionists. They even came back after all the work was finished to adjust a small area of trim on a cabinet for which they were not completely satisfied after thinking about it; that's dedication to the details! They never deviated from their timeline and delivered as promised. We will surely be contacting for any other upgrades we plan.

Bob and Laura helped us renovated all our bathrooms, The three of the bathrooms included the master bathroom was completed about three yeas ago. We liked their work and got a lot of praise from my friends. This year we invited them back for the guest bathroom, again they did a great job. What I like most about them is their work ethics. They are very honest people to work with. And always give honest and professional suggestions and do what they say above and beyond. And they always keep the working area nice, neat and clean at end of each day.

Exceeded our expectations! Bob and Laura came into our older home (1927) and took on a very challenging kitchen remodel. I think many contractors would have run, after accessing the perceived difficulty of tackling our sorely displaced and much needed reno. Not Bob and Laura though, thankfully they took on this project with much grit and professionalism. They were always on time, and always left the house clean at the end of the day. Most importantly, we really appreciated their attention to detail and how helpful and knowledgeable they were, with some difficult choices we needed to make. They were very accommodating and actually listened and cared about what we wanted to do with the kitchen. We've always heard that renovating a kitchen can be VERY stressful, but Bob and Laura actually made it a pleasant experience. We our unbelievably thrilled and proud of how amazing and functional our new kitchen is, and it is an absolute joy to cook and hang out there! We would hire Bob and Laura again in a heartbeat, if they would dare to come back to our quirky but charming little home.

By far the best contractors we have hired, they are the perfect team for your kitchen renovation! They delivered our dream kitchen exactly as it was requested. They took the time to come in advance to view the kitchen plans and discovered measurement errors; they instructed us on how to communicate with our cabinet supplier to adjustment them. We left the house in their hands for a full week while we went away, they kept us updated and sent us pictures for approvals of previous discussions. They were flexible, professional, timely, organized, cautious, trustworthy and detail oriented. They even custom made two columns that are an amazing wow factor when you walk in the front door. I highly recommend them, they are accurate, precise and their price is one of the best in the market! We look forward to using them again. I hope the before and after pictures can provide some assurance on the amazing quality work that they accomplished at our house.

Amazing! The process was easy as communication was clear and concise as was the quote for the work desired. All projects were completed timely and work area kept clean and neat. Every aspect of the tasks completed are professional looking and have garnered wonderful compliments by my guests.

Amazing - the bathroom is beautiful, Bob held my hand through the process of making decisions and guiding me to a great bathroom without wasting money. He communicates well, I always knew what was going on, he was always here when he said he would be and finished on time as promised. I have used him before and will unquestionably use him again. They were so quick and responsive. We were literally unpaking the boxes from the moving truck when they arrived. They made our ugly, unloveable basement into a kid haven. We were very pleased with their work. And they never made you feel like they were in a hurry. Would listen to all my concerns. We would definitely hire again.

I was extremely impressed with Robert. Not only did he come in with the lowest estimate of 3 estimates he was easy to work with. He was willing to bounce ideas back and forth and was willing to work with products and finishes I wanted whereas another contractor would only give me 5 choices of finishes to work with. I really felt my opinion was heard and that I was an integral part of the entire process. I am very happy with the finished product and will have his company back next year to redo my entire kitchen.

We were pleased overall with the response, timely fixing and quality of the job

Measured everything out. Spent a couple hours going over specs and design ideas. I was waiting for a price, when I received an email stating that the project had so many variables that he could not give a solid price. Okay, I called and attempted to find out what he was talking about, and agin it was about variables and that he could start the project but we would not be set on a price. On top of that, we would have to get a separate plumber and electrician. The most expensive part of the project are those two factors, so after I said"okay, I will sub those out, how much to build the two partition walls and to drywall them, without you touching plumbing and electrical?" Again a lot of stumbling for 15 min until I got frustrated and told him he was doing nothing but wasting my time. All in all, speaking g for over 2 hours at measuring and 15 min on the phone, a price would not be given. It led me to believe he would turn out to be a contractor squatter.

Mr. Lee did very good work at a reasonable price. We wanted to use him for additional work but he was so busy he couldn't fit us in. Would use him again.

Everything was great - done on time, really well built, super fun and looks great He has also done some odd jobs for me including installing french doors in the living room and fixing a broken closet door. All done well. Great service - recommend highly and would use again.
