Description of Work: Summer Rain opens, closes, and repairs my in-ground sprinkler system and I have used them for several years. A different company installed the system but I stopped using them because they didn't show up for appointments. SR is reliable and prompt. On occasion they showed up early and waited for me--please note that I was not late, they were early. SR even asked to install an outdoor "pipe access system" (don't know what exactly to call it) at their expense because it made it easier for them to provide service to us. The guys are friendly, explain their work, and answer questions cheerfully. I recommend them.

Description of Work: The service was prompt, friendly and professional. Despite the fact that no extra work was performed, the invoice arrived at a higher price then what I was quoted, which was annoying. The issue was not corrected when we called them, but rather later by a manager who left a message on our answering machine honoring the quoted price.

AT THE TIME YOU CALLED, YOU WERE PROBABLY TOLD THAT SUMMER RAIN WAS NOT ACCEPTING NEW CUSTOMERS WHOSE SYSTEMS WERE INSTALLED BY OTHER LAWN IRRIGATION COMPANIES. EACH AUTUMN, SUMMER RAIN GETS SCORES OF CALLS FROM NON-CUSTOMERS - HOMEOWNERS WHOSE LAWN IRRIGATION COMPANIES HAVE LEFT THEM IN THE LURCH JUST WHEN WINTERIZATION OF SYSTEMS IS SO IMPORTANT. WE ASSIST AS MANY AS WE POSSIBLY CAN (AND WE OBVIOUSLY DON'T WANT TO TURN AWAY NEW BUSINESS!), BUT SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO FACE LIMITATIONS OF TIME AND GEOGRAPHY. WE ARE SORRY WE COULD NOT HELP WHEN YOU CALLED, BUT DO CALL US AGAIN.

SUMMER RAIN HAS DONE AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AROUND MY HOME. THEY WERE THROUGH WHEN THEY PLANNING THE SYSTEM AND IT WORKS BEAUTIFULLY. I WOULD HIGH RECOMMEND THEM.

WHEN WE RENOVATED OUR HOME, THE CONSTRUCTION CAUSED SOME OF OUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE DESTROYED. SUMMER RAIN CAME IN AND FIXED THE DAMAGE, PUT IN NEW SPRINKLERS WHERE THEY WERE NEEDED - AT A VERY REASONABLE COST.
