Description of Work: Had them take off Alcoa Aluminum siding and check for rot, ant, or termite |damage because of age of house. I am the original owner. Built the house with my Father-in-law when I was younger. They found no damage and told me all was well. They could of charged me extra for repairs but did not. They are very honest. I had agreed with Mark on the price, a bit higher than I expected but well worth it. I had Alcoa Aluminum originally and was pleased with it but it was getting old. Mark told me I could get Alcoa Vinyl siding and that is what I wanted. The installer Cris was just the best. He worked steady and put up with my knit picking as I am very fussy and did a neat perfect job. Cris is polite, knows what he is doing, and went above and beyond to please me. I had Peter L. Brown replace my windows about 15 years ago when Greg was the sale person, he has passed away since, but I remember Greg took measurements 3 times and told me he wants it perfect and again it was. That is why I had them do this job. |Siding and all the Trim also gutters. Very pleased with the job. I would recommend them to anyone. |

+ -1 moreI had purchased the windows that I felt would be better than the windows we had for insulation purposes. The windows are worse than the windows we had originally. When they removed the old windows they had damaged some of the trim and did not bother to replace it. The trim that was put back into place was damaged due to the large nails they had used to attach the trim. I had to purchase, install and paint new trim. The windows are not tight and air is coming into the house. I will have to purchase storm windows for the new windows. Our old windows had storms, although they had said that we would not need them with the new windows and they had taken and disposed of the storm windows we had. When I call them about the trim, they will not respond.
Description of Work: They installed 7 double pane windows, removed the old ones and took them away. The price reflects the cost of the new windows, installation and removal of old windows.

+ -1 moreEVERYTHING ABOUT THE JOB WAS VERY ACCEPTABLE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING THEY DID. I DID HAVE TO WAIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS OR SO FOR THEM TO GET TO THE JOB BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BUSY. WHEN THEY DID GET HERE, THEY GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.
