Description of Work: We have ongoing automatic fuel oil delivery, a service contract that includes annual burner maintenance. And we had an emergency a couple of years ago that led to our calling for help on the morning of Super Bowl Sunday. We have been consistently happy with their service and prices.

AWESOME!
Description of Work: We had a leak in our furnace and a CO leak and they were there within 30 minutes of the call first thing on a Monday morning; they also located an issue we hadn't even been aware of as we had just bought the home a year ago. Such a wonderful tech and great company!!! We have signed on for an annual service contract, great!!!!

Description of Work: Beacon did all plumbing on our new construction home. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Asked questions about some of the fixture placements and offered good advice. Just the kitchen is left to do when design plans are finalized. Very happy with service and personel.

Description of Work: They performed three services for me. The first was that they correctly diagnosed the reason that our heater kept failing. The provided a fair price and rapid service in the middle of the winter. The heater was fixed within one day. I also had a plumbing issue on Easter Sunday. The representative came out and did a service call. Because of these experiences, we ordered all of our heating oil from them. The deliveries were always prompt. I am sorry that I did not use this company sooner than I did.
