Description of Work: Cleaned double roof which will kill moss and lichen and applied algae preventative that comes with a five year warranty.

Description of Work: Treated entire roof for moss and algae. The treatment has worked well and performed as they said. One of the workers was new and did get spray on a piece of porch furniture (they had said porches did not need to be cleared off) and it ruined the finish. The company made full restitution right away for the damage. Because of this, I would give a grade of A- for not making sure a new employee was performing the job properly.

Description of Work: They call 5 minutes before they were to arive to reschedule the estimate visit and their service only included spraying the roof with cleaner fungicide. They do not remove existing debris or the killed moss

Unfortunately, although they kill the green spots of algae and other fungus, we were told that it can take months for the dead algae to wash away so we have to wait a bit to see if everything clears up fully. The roof looks much better though despite this.

Description of Work: they killed all the moss ^black mold on my house my roof and my shed. The service comes with a 5 year warrenty. I was very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: Sprayed entire roof to kill moss that had started to grow on shingles. The roof is clean. However, furniture on my porch was not removed and was significantly damaged and will need extensive repair. The company was very responsive to my problem. The owner came out and looked at the damage and agreed it was technician error. The technicians will be re-educated and I was given a partial reimbursement of my payment. I feel this is a very good company and they will make sure this doesn't happen again. If I need them again, I will make sure I ask them to remove all porch furniture and take extra care in demisting the solution sprayed on the roof.

Description of Work: Cleaned roof. Administratively they poor. Late for estimate appointment, didn't respond to email asking for quote that was promised but didn't arrive. Finally I spoke with the owner and got an immediate response. Late getting back with a resolution to redo areas that were still streaked, once again spoke directly to owner and got response. Their process uses sodium hypochlorite "Bleach" which stained my deck and killed a large area of grass. They came back and cleaned my deck, got rid of the roof streaks and tried to neutralize the dead grass area. Owner gave an 11% credit for the issues. The roof looks great, the workers were on time, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Not sure of the exact date, however, they responded quickly to my request for an estimate, and gave me a great deal. My roofs (house and garage) look great, and my neighbor actually got a card from the cleaner to give to his brother, who needs his roof cleaned. I highly recommend them. I had called another company who said they cleaned roofs to get an estimate, and they never even returned my call.
