Awful. These guys came to clean the house. When they left the house was in worse shape than when they started. There was a ton of dirt and grime that was left dripping down my windows and siding. I called to complain and the owner, Josh came out to see the job. Josh agreed it was a terrible job. We set a date for his crew to come out and re-clean the house. They never showed up. Just a horrible experience working with this private company.

They were good. I like them. You have 30-day to pay them. They came back and did the things that they have overlooked the first time. They did as much as they could. They said what they were going to do.

From what I can see the job accomplished what I wanted it to do. I have not been able to get up onto my roof due the weather and hoping to get a better look by the end of April.

Great. Friendly and honest sales person. The man who cleaned the roof took a lot of pride in the quality of his work and was knowledgeable and neat.

Safe Roof Cleanings entire process was simple to use, friendly and efficient! Work was performed exactly as described and on time. Pricing surprised me a little bit but was well within range of others. We are very pleased with the outcome and the 5 year warranty.

They didn’t do proper prep work prior to treating our roof and their cleaning solution killed a bed of flowers and a large portion of grass near one of our gutter down spouts. I called the owner to voice my concern and he offered to send me a $50 check since I had paid my invoice right away. As of today (9 weeks later) I have yet to receive a check and my emails asking about the status of the check have not been returned.

Great service start to finish. We had roof cleaned as well as our siding. Results are amazing! Staff is very professional.

Went Very well. They were punctual and professional. After they left and everything dried, noticed weep hole streaks on the siding and soap residue on the dark deck. They came back without hesitation and rinsed everything clean. It looks great!

Great. It was done Memorial Day and is still pristine. Our neighbors are commenting on how well the roof looks!

Need to wait for the first rain storm to see the solution run off and finish the cleaning, but so far so good. The workers were on time and cleaned up after the work (there was quite a bit of debris from the roof and gutters). They also explained the process before beginning the work as well as the results after the work was complete. I will recommend them to others.

They were very responsive to my request for an estimate. When I scheduled the roof cleaning I mentioned that I was having some interior remodling work done at the same time, but the person scheduling didn't think there would be any problem with having the roof cleaned at the same time. Once the roof cleaning guys began spraying the roof, it was immediately apparent that since the remodeling crew had some work to do outside (such as cutting wood) that there was a conflict (because roof cleaning chemicals were raining down on the remodeling crew) and both crews could not do their jobs at the same time. It was a little bit of an inconvenience that the person scheduling the roof cleaning job didn't know this when I told them at the time of scheduling that the remodling crew would also be working that day. However, Safe Roof Cleaning was very accommodating and once I got them on the phone they rescheduled my job with no hassle and no extra charges for having to come out twice. Overall, I was pleased with their customer service and would hire them again if needed. I should mention though that I asked them for an estimate on the roof. The estimator recommended that I have the siding and gutters cleaned at the same time and I said okay. In hindsight, I would not have opted for the additional work as I don't notice much difference in those areas. The final result on the roof looks great and all of the lichen is gone.

Everything seems to have gone well. I won't know for sure until spring when the dead algae should be gone from the roof. Everyone treated me professionally, The workers were efficient, and i was billed after the work was completed. Highly recommend!!

Very well, we proactively moved our furniture from the front porch, they covered all of our shrubs, were here before they were supposed to be and took 3 hours. They did a great job! My neighbor stopped by as they were working and asked them to come by his house. I got $150 off from a local magazine I got in the mail and $75 off for scheduling within 5 business days. I also got 3% off for paying with a check. I had a quote from a competitor for just cleaning the roof for almost $1000 just to do the roof! For $241 more, I got the house and my cement stairs cleaned too. Great value!

It went fine. It was simple, fast and easy.

They arrived 25 minutes late on a rainy day, but were very efficient once they got here. The service procedure was explained in detail and took 2 hours. The three techs were very professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They answered my questions as we walked around after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone in Connecticut.

It is a lot of money but I am going to believe that they are going to do what they say they will do and other people thought they were good. They guy who came was okay and I dragged my husband with me. We definitely have the need to have our roof clean. He is supposed to use something that will not take off the roof shingles. It has a five year guarantee so I'm hoping that he's right and it's going to be worth it. He came out for the quote for us although he was running a little late so we called him to let him know that he was running a little late. He gave me the quote and their office confirmed the quote through email. They were nice and polite.

I had extensive ugly black stains on the 10 year old light-colored roof of my raised ranch house. I saw an add in Angie's magazine for a company that claimed to solve the problem. The name of the Company was Safe Roof Cleaning, LLC. I called the company and they sent a representative who told me exactly what they would do and how much it would cost. There was no sales pressure involved. After thinking it over for a week or two, I called and set up a time to have the work done. On the appointed day they showed up right on time and did what they said they would do. They left my roof perfectly clean with no mess or damage to any other part of my house or lawn and garden.

I would highly recommend this service.

I was also contracting to have my trees trimmed that were hanging over the house and did not want to commit to the house washing until I knew the trees would not longer be hampering the process of washing the house/roof/gutters. When I finally got a commitment from the tree service I contacted Safe Roof Cleaning and requested a Saturday appointment as I wanted to be at home when they did there job, this way if I saw anything that I didn't feel was clean enough I could point that out and have resolution the same day instead of waiting for a followup visit. I was very surprised to find out that they do not offer Saturday appointments even though their Angie's list page shows they do have Saturday hours 8:30am-3pm. Since I wanted to get my home cleaned and could not be available on a weekday I was forced to contract with another company. I was very disappointed as I thought Safe Roof Cleaning had a lot to offer. I decided to see if they would come out to just do the roof cleaning and I would not have to be home for that so that could be on a weekday, at first I received a positive email reply, but then a short time later I received a follow up email stating they would not come out to do any service for less than $250.00 and the roof cleaning was quoted at $150.00. This I think is something that folks should know when wanting to work with this company. I still believe this is a good outfit, but want everyone to know that these are questions I did not think to ask when I had them quote the job and they omitted when they supplied the quote to me: 1) there would be a minimum cost for them to come out; 2) they do not support Saturday appointments..
