+ -1 moreDamien came out and went up on roof and checked things out and took pictures. He showed me what the issues were, which was a little more than I thought. However, Damien to the rescue! He told me he could fix it right then and there and for a very reasonable price! He did the work and took more pictures of the repairs and I've not had a problem since. He also quoted me what a roof replacement would be. I will for sure be calling him when that time comes! I would recommend him to anyone and I have! Thanks Damien!

+ -1 moreDamien came as scheduled and prepared to do to the work which he did right then and there. He also provided a quote for a new roof which I will need within the next couple of years. I will be calling him! With all the rain we've been having I have noticed no more problems!
Description of Work: Thought all I needed was the chimney flashing regraded and tarred. Turns out there were a few more issues. Thankfully Damien came out and was able to provide a requested temporary fix and for a great price! He put down some new flashing and put silicone around recessed nails in the roof that were leaking as welladacrack or two. He showed before and after pictures too.

+ 0 moreWe hired Millstream to replace the roof on our main house and replace gutters. Overall they did an wonderful job from beginning to end. Damien Tyler, Operations Manager, came out and did a thorough evaluation of the current roof, even got up on the roof and took pictures, which other contractors did not do. I interviewed two other roofing companies. I was also impressed with the quality of the materials being used and other recommendations that were made that were not mentioned by other roofers. The roof took one day to complete. Materials and dumpster arrived a few days before the job. A large crew of men arrived early and worked steady until the job was done about 3pm. Clean-up was also thorough. Some little bits of old roof here and there on the ground. It was a windy day and there was plastic and shingles in the nearby trees and they even got those down! Millstream was also very responsive to scheduling and questions. We also had gutters replaced and they look great. I would hire them again!!

From planning to construction and clean up I could not have asked for more. They truly attended to even the smallest of details and make sure it is done right. The roof work they did looks great! I would highly recommend them to anyone - and will be using them again if I have roofing needs!

Description of Work: My package was $99 for $240 work. This was a consultation. I bought the package 'for piece of mind' to understand what my upcoming roofing work will be. Chris arrived at the correct time. I showed him the structural problems on the inside of the house first, (leak in ceiling, wall damage, ceiling sag) so he could correlate with roofing issues on the outside. He explained how the previous roof application had been causing some of my problems due to incorrect application. Chris was very knowledgeable, helping me understand the logic of the problems. Most importantly, I didn't feel as if I was pushed into a corner. I will need a new roof in the next 2-4 yrs. which is helpful because I need to save that money. My roof has several different sections making it more complex. My care of snow removal (which this company can perform) will allow me the time I need to prepare for buying the new roof. I'm thankful that this package was offered, and of course that I have some breathing room. Chris also mentioned that I need to re- point my chimney ( which his company can also perform) and what problems will arise if I don't do it.

+ -1 moreMillstream Construction was great to work with from start to finish-prompt, professional and thorough. Millstream called promptly after I signed up on Angie's List for their services. The appointment was made within the week. The roof was inspected and the materials determined for the repair of the leaky vent pipe. Before the repair, the flashing was minimal and not watertight. The repair included adding a waterproof barrier, new boot and seals along with shingles provided by Millstream. The shingles were an exact match and the roof looks great. I waited to write this review until we had more rain. I'm happy to say that the attic / ceilings are completely dry. Photos before and after the repairs were provided, which I appreciated as I was not planning to climb up to the roof! I highly recommend Millstream Construction for any roofing repairs.

They were very easy to contact; any question that came to mind Chris would get back to us asap. We're having solar panels installed & Millstream contacted RevoluSun so we didn't have to play middleman on all the technicalities. The crew arrived at 8:00AM & had completed everything along with clean up by 5:00PM. Our roof is 30' X 70'. They worked like a well oiled machine, everyone knew what to do, when & how. It was amazing to watch them work! They were all personable, professional and Craig made sure we were happy before he left. I would never have anyone else perform this job again. Would HIGHLY recommend them to ALL!!

Description of Work: Strip and install a new roof on front side of home. This was for the future installation of solar panels. This roof included full deck ice barrier high grade Owens Corning lifetime shingles{Duration Series Architectural Shingles}. Install O/C starter plus shingles to all roof perimeter. All necessary vent caps ,edging and chimney flashing. Job was first rate. Hats off to joe site project manger Craig Kelso for attention to detail. Thank you to a crew that knew what they were doing.
