Mr. Rooter called me almost immediately, scheduled an appointment for the next day & completed my 3 small plumbing jobs in no time at all. The service tech was polite, friendly & very professional. He patiently answered my questions & provided free estimates. Upon my approval he got right to work & was done in less than an hour. Awesome! Mr. Rooter offers a senior discount & accepts coupons - a big plus for retirees. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely call Mr. Rooter for any future repairs.

Jamie, the plumber, was very professional. He replaced my kitchen faucet, cleaned everything up, & took all the old parts with him to dispose. I’m so happy with his work & pricing, he’s coming back to replace 3 toilets!!!

The plumber, Jamie, was courteous, knowledgeable and careful. He replaced a leaking wax seal in the toilet and left the bathroom like new.

The job was good, although I had to do some cleaning after the technician finished the job. In general, they are honest and decent people.

They were at my house within 2 hours of my call. They immediately found and fixed the problem. The gentleman explained what he found and what the cost would be and he was very friendly. I was extremely satisfied.

Augi, the owner at Mr. Rooter, was fantastic. His price was reasonable and he did some extra work at the house at a very reasonable price. He kept in constant contact with me on when he would be at the house and the status of the project (sewer connection). Finally, they did a very nice job cleaning up. Extremely pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Showed up on time, gave us the estimate and did the work. Very polite, neat and overall a good experience. This was not major job, but it was done very well and I would definitely work with them in the future. Also, important to note, that dealing with the office setting up the appointment, confirming, etc was very professional. All in all I would recommend without hesitation.
