Super responsive, punctual, professional and pleasant plumber. Fixed leaky faucet by acquiring necessary parts and installing it, all within 2 hours.

A little misunderstanding as far as pricing. I was not aware they would charge for visits just to check if I had an issue. The tech literally was in my home for 5 minutes and felt terrible he had to charge me. We called office and spoke with dispatcher and still was told I needed to pay for visit. So I reluctantly obliged and paid the $99 plus tax fee which I had not known so this could have been much higher. After a few text messages finally resolved this dispute and was refunded the charge. No gripes but they need to tell folks possible charges they may incur just to check if you need service. SMH .Your vendors are much too expensive so I will no longer use ANGI.
