Prompt service....great on the phone...Was rather expensive to fix a leak. Plumber was in and out in 15 minutes to the tune of $300. Leak stopped however. Depending on the project, I might shop around for a better rate. Good service though.

In a 100+ year old house with 70 year old pipes, nothing is easy. A pipe in the bathroom was leaking through the kitchen ceiling. Jose considered the possibilities and recommended a plan. After opening the ceiling, he found the problem: a large lead pipe was rotted through. The repair wasn't easy. He used his best plumber and MacGuyver skills to get everything back in working order. All during the visit, he kept me informed on what was happening. Jose kept the work area contained and cleaned up quickly when everything was done. It was a good experience from beginning to end.

Had to have a return visit as the new valve leaked. Called in the AM the next morning and service didn't come till late in the afternoon. Meanwhile the valve was leaking in my bathroom. a different service man came and tried to replace the removable valve I had requested with a soldered valve. I had contacted them to replace the original pipes with screw on shut of valves so I could shut off the water with out having to go to the basement and if needed replace the valve later should it go bad. The 2nd tech didn't ask abut ther faulty new valve just went and did it his way till I stopped him . Less than good customer service in my mind. At least he stopped the water leak.

The plumber was courteous and cleaned up after himself and also offered tips on other minor plumbing issues I had.

He did an average job, was a little expensive.

We hired Mr Rooter to fix a drip in a bathroom sink. Fixing the drip resulted in a secondary problem with the turnoff valve under the sink (it began to leak copiously after the plumber left). He returned and fixed that leak at no additional charge. Very nice guy, and the finally completed job is great.

The plumber was terrific and ended up doing more work as there were some complications. I wish that I had had the ability to negotiate the price as it ended up being twice as expensive as I had budgeted. The complication was one I felt I had to address immediately so I had no choice but it seems it would have been an occasion to give the customer a little break. The plumber didn't have the authorization to do that as the company has fixed prices.

Fixed faucet keak. Replaced worn parts inside wall. Not leaking anymore, yay!

Handled job very professionally. Showed up when he promised to do so. Good communications. Worked cooperatively on papework at my request, a nice plus. Ran into an unexpected problem but handled it well and did not charge any extra for it, something they made a favorable impression on me. Price charged was way above what Home Advisors estimated it would should cost but in line with other estimates. Factoring in the remediation work (see below) price was better than other estimates. One thing I liked about this contractor versus others I spoke to was that he did the ancilliary work associated with the project, most notably repairing the concrete block walk they had to dig up to access my water line and also nicely remediated the scar on my front lawn. Did both amazingly well. Saved me having to find others, and pay additional for them, to do these jobs.
