After discussing my options with other plumbers and doing my own research, I decided to go with the Navien CH-240 tankless combi-boiler. Mike and his team were punctual arriving onsite and flexible about arranging dates and times. On the price, Mike was honest enough to tell me about the CT rebate and agreed to share the discount with me - something he didn't have to do. He also took care of removing my old oil tank, boiler and furnace and did a great job at patching and cleaning up the mess. I would definitely hire Mike again for any plumbing / heating project, and feel 100% confident that if I ever have a plumbing emergency, Mike or his team would be there without hesitation anytime of day.

Came by quickly and discussed the needs which included a toilet partial rebuild, basement drainpipe fitting and new outside faucet. Gave an estimate and did the work on the following day. Mike knows his stuff and completes the job as required. They were in and out in under and hour. He is timely, very experienced, neat, efficient, doesn't create work where it is not needed and reasonable on pricing. Very satisfied.

I live in NC, we still own a property in CT. I called a plumbing that I new, but no call back. I went on line and reviewed some plumbers, I got to Mike's and everything I read impressed me.
