Mike and his employees were great, communicated great, and made adjustments to specifications and requests. They replaced a 38 yr old boiler with a new high efficiency in one day at a reasonable price.

Received excellent service on a Saturday morning for an emergency hot water heater replacement. Mike responded immediately upon sending the request. Work began quickly within 90 minutes! Quality work and reasonable cost. We are very pleased on all counts!

He was able to do the job immediately. He was very prompt and knowledgable and his pricing was very reasonable in comparison to other estimates. He also took the time to explain the procedure.

I made the mistake of not negotiating a rate or price before getting the work done. As a result I paid $1450 for the installation of a $400 piece of hardware. I really liked the work that was done but for 2 hours of labor I expected more like $350, not $1450.

Pros: He answers the phone when called, and will send someone in a timely manner if he can't make it himself. Cons: There were parts leftover from two faucets upon completion of install. Main kitchen faucet came apart on a holiday weekend, but after Christmas, Mike sent employee to reinstall, and this time used all the included pieces and mounted the electrical unit properly (not done in original install.) Still have washer/ring left from second faucet, but didn't have the heart or time to make him remove and reinstall that one, as it functions currently. Sloppy workmanship originally, fixed most of it second time.

Mike returned my call within minutes of my inquiry on Homeadvisor. He arrived at my house on the weekend in less then an hour to repair a broken valve and spotted a potential problem and addressed it. Highly recommend them and will use them as my go to plumbers.
