Very well informed and took the time to explain all the aspects of the job and different options available. Very responsive. All around good experience. UPDATE: Noticed during annual inspection of unit (thru service plan I have with another provider) that original installation did not include service valves so system cant be flushed. Significant omission when installed and will now cost my another $1k to have them put in.

Very easy to contact. I needed a new drain pipe and sent him a picture of the pipe that was there. He knew exactly what I needed and was able to arrive with supplies in hand to do repairs. Work done right!

OUTSTANDING in every WAY! Steve replied with a phone call within five minutes of my inquiry on this site! He sent someone over at 930 PM who was PROMPT and professional. His name is JOE. Not only well dressed in company logo garb, but quiet as he could be with my sleeping children. He was FAST and thankfully found a giant clog 40 feet out and not all the way to the main line, and not frozen. Joe also discussed with me some ways to maintain the drains with monthly flushes and cleanings. He cleaned up his gear, equipment and the like and left without a trace. I have received 6 other calls with firms who were matched to my emergency back up. But they weren't as responsive as Steve and Joe. An emergency is an emergency. You can't buy peace of mind. But you can call Atomic day or night: worth every penny!
