Technician was very professional and organized. He was able to show me a demo of the camera video quality before installing them.

I hired Covert to take over my existing ailing home alarm. Dan dug into the details and made it right. Also I had him add other features (cell dial out and carbon monoxide). He did a great job - very thorough, professional, and reasonably priced. Other companies wanted to simply replace the entire alarm box rather than figure out what was there. Dan thoroughly tested all parts of my alarm - tests that had not been done in years. I also had Covert install a closed circuit exterior camera system. Again, nicely done and reasonably priced. I looked around fairly thoroughly before selecting Covert and I think he is a refreshing exception in an industry that has a lot of pushy people who want to make a fast buck. I strongly endorse him for doing this work without exception.
