I had a great experience working with Covert Security and Dan in particular. He answered all of my questions as efficiently as possible and was always prompt. I actually went to him as a second opinion and was so happy that I did. His services were about half of what I was quoted with other companies and some of them didn't even respond to my inquiries quickly if at all. Dan made sure to go over all of the equipment and programs with myself and my staff and we had a minimal learning curve. I would recommend Covert Security to anyone who is interested in obtaining a quality system.

Dan was professional and right on time. He installed both my Ring floodlight cameras in a timely way, guided me through the setup process via the app and even took additional time to look at my thermostat heating situation and recommended me next steps. The process was easy and fluid!

Dan came to my home to assist me in installing nest learning thermostats, nest lock, doorbell and 3 outdoor security cameras. He was great, easy to work with, clearly knowledgeable and skilled, as he zipped right through the installations which would have taken me hours. His pricing was fair and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

We called Dan to install cameras and a video doorbell on our home. He arrived on time and completed the installation quickly. He also fixed an unrelated problem with our Wi-Fi in order to improve the performance of the doorbell camera. All the cameras give us outstanding images and secure storage, and the contract price was very reasonable. Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. We enjoyed working with him and we highly recommend him to anyone considering a security system.

The owner Dan came out to install and did a wonderful job. He even stayed an extra 2 hours installing an ethernet cable from our basement to a 3rd floor office. It's always difficult to trust a professional you've never worked with, but Dan checks all the boxes. Professional, cordial and best of all he knows how to install a camera surveillance system. I met him at my home after we had already agreed on the number of cameras and placement. He had me install the software on my phone and showed me the first camera since this was up before I even knew it. A few hours later he was done. One week has gone by and I'm very happy with the experience and the final product. I would promote him to friends and family without a doubt.
