Joe was very knowledgible regarding home construction, quality of materials that go into construction, types of architecture, and anitque homes. I have a 200 year old home that has been thoroughly renovated and had few comparables in my town. Joe did an excellent job of researching antique homes and gave me a fair appraisal to help guide me when I sell my home. I would highly recommend his services.

I hired Joe to appraise my mother's house in Woodbridge, CT. I had some misgivings about having the job done, since I live in Florida and could not be present for the appointment. Joe's responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process put both me and my mother at ease. He stayed in contact with me daily from the first phone call until the report was completed. The work was done quickly and professionally and the report was quite thorough. I would definitely recommend Joe and would would not hesitate to use him again.

Joe was really helpful with tips on getting my house ready to sell. He was prompt and thorough with his report/appraisal and knew a lot about my area. I think this is a step sellers in today's market should definitely do before putting their house on the market. I would recommend highly.
