As an certified appraiser with over 25 years of experience in residential real estate appraisals, I specialize in the valuations of residential properties for estate settlements, divorce situations, tax appeals, bankruptcy, foreclosure and much more. I hold a residential license and serve the Fairfield, New Haven, Middlesex and Litchfield counties. I also do consulting with regard to renovations and housing construction. Joe was awesome to work with. I needed an appraisal on a very unusual house with very few comparables. He did an excellent job. He is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The appraisal fell right during Hurricane Sandy and even without power for several day she managed to be timely and deliver a fair and thorough appraisal. He went out of his way to visit town hall do extensive research and ensure a good experience. Highly recommended.
