Description of Work: We had a LARGE CLEANING project that included cleaning a 18ft sectional couch; 6ft and 5ft couches and; scrubbing my no-wax floor that covers 3 rooms! Matt, the owner, wrote a estimated cost and it was up to me to approve or not. The Angie's List discount was also applied.....a great selling point by the way. My furniture is over 25 years old and it's sooooo clean now and, the no-wax floor is amazingly back to it original shine.Matt was gentleman, very pleasant and thorough in his work. The cost was an excellent value for this large job and a 30 day guarantee!!! + 0 moreMatt was very busy but managed to make time within a couple of days of us calling (our clean was semi-urgent to us so this worked out well). He arrived on time and was friendly and willing to explain his process/let us watch if interested. We have a baby so he recommended against a Simoniz-like treatment due to chemicals involved. He also used a quick-drying system so that we could use the living room again within a short time. It took around 2 hours for him to complete his thorough cleaning of the area rug, a sofa, a loveseat, some throw pillows, an ottoman and three chairs. The sofa had a fair amount of dog hair which he removed as part of the process. He automatically gave us a discount that was recently advertised in a local newspaper, which was as good if not better than the coupon offered here.
Description of Work: Cleaned large area rug and living room furniture upholstery. Used quick drying system so that we could use the room again almost immediately.

+ -1 moreTeddy Bear gave an estimate, much lower than we previously paid, made suggestions to improve the result, and did an excellent job. They offered to come back at no charge if anything was less than satisfactory. We certainly plan to have them come back at least yearly.
