This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service. I chose Teddy Bear based on the positive reviews here. I spoke with Matt directly over the phone. He was extremely thorough in explaining the ins and outs of his service and provided an estimate. He was also quick to offer a 10% discount when I mentioned that I found him on Angie's List. When Matt arrived at my house he was friendly, courteous and professional. He once again went over the details of the service and wrote up the bill in the exact amount he gave over the phone before he started. It took about 1 1/2 hours for him to clean the carpets. I am very happy with the result. All of the stains were removed and the carpets look like new. I am particularly impressed with how clean he got the stairs. This was money well spent!

He called me back and he showed up on time. He did the work in a timely manner. Originally what he quoted was less and he charged me less. He did a good job.

I got the service through a coupon on Angie's List. I was very pleased with them. It was a half-price coupon. I don't think the owner has staff. I think he does all the work himself. He is just wonderful. He is a nice pleasant person to deal with. I was very happy about everything. He showed up on time. He did the work. Everything was neat. Everything was put back together. I would definitely use him again.

The gentleman who performed the service was kind, considerate of the situation, and efficient in his work. He made certain that there was no danger for them slipping on the damp carpet by covering affected areas with a covering. The couple was very pleased with the results.

I found Teddy Bear Carpet cleaning on Angie's list and called, scheduled a date. Had to call and reschedule once. Getting my house ready for my daughter's wedding. He was not at all bothered by the date change, came and cleaned as promised, did a great job.

It went extremely well. We expected to be told they could not get out all of the stains but they were able to without any problem. Matt was a very pleasant person and made it so much easier than we expected. I would not hesitate to use his services again, and I recommend him to everyone.

The original appointment was rescheduled due his truck breaking down. He was very apologetic and gave me the opportunity of choosing a later time that day when his truck repair was completed or booking another date. I didn't want the carpets cleaned at the end of the day, so I opted for scheduling another date. He was very accommodating and the work was completed the following week. I've always used the large, chain carpet cleaning services as it was cheaper. The difference in the carpet cleaning was marked. I guess you get what you pay for!

Had two rooms and a stairway cleaned. Matt also threw in two closets. Had a coupon. Matt was very professional and did a great job. The carpets looked like new.

Matt was responsive, prompt and courteous. He explained the process and provided some tips for repairing a few minor carpet problems which I later used with great results. He provided a quote by email based upon my description of the work, and when he arrived to survey the area, he determined that the service fee would have been slightly higher. He honored his phone quote anyway and did not try to sell me anything else. The carpet had significant soil in high traffic areas, which he removed completely. Although it didn't look like new (it's a few years old), it was pretty close. His price was the best (lowest) as compared to others I had obtained. An honest, hardworking and reliable man, I highly recommend this company.

When I called I explained I have allergies and asthma, He explained exactly how he would clean the items and what I could expect regarding removing animal dander from a hand-me-down couch and loveseat. He arrived on time, he worked very hard in very hot weather. He worked without interuption. He set up drop cloths to protect my hardwood floors. He was as quiet as one could expect (I work from home and I need a certain level of quiet.). He even removed a (very recent) chocolate stain from a chair at no extra cost.

It was great. Teddy Bear arrived on time and spent almost 2 hours cleaning my furniture. It looks really good now. Teddy Bean said I should inspect the furniture after it dries and if there are spots that I find aren't right, he will come back and spot clean for me.

Everything was excellent. Very professional job.

I called Teddy Bear after reading the reviews on Angie's List. Matt promptly answered the phone and said he would meet me at my home at the date and time we agreed upon. He was extremely prompt and gave me a thorough review and reasons for the services I needed and then gave me a guaranteed fee. He then allowed me to accept this as his estimate unless I wanted him to do the work. There was no pressure at all. I was so impressed with him and his process, I wanted him to do the job right away. I accepted his estimate and then he told me that I get another 10% off because I found him on Angie's List. Matt is an extraordinary person to meet in an era of uncertainty regarding home services. I do not know why anybody would call any other carpet cleaning company. Lastly, he told me that sometimes stains return and if anything showed back through, he would return and remove it again for no charge.

I had a horrible white linoleum floor that was filthy. After having several "maid" services come to try to clean it unsuccessfully, I finally decided to call in the professionals. I called Teddy Bear Carpet after seeing it on Angie's List and am extremely happy with the results and service. Matt set up an in home free estimate immediately after I called. I was very pleased with his level of service that we booked the appointment that day. I also had my family room carpet and couch cleaned and am THRILLED with the results. All 3 of these areas are part of an open floor plan. They are so clean and "like new" now that I feel like I just bough a new house! I thought Matt's pricing was extremely fair - a great value for the results for sure. Not only will I use Teddy Bear again but I will also recommend this company (and already have).

Had a great experience with Teddy Bear Carpet Care. Matt did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets, and took the time to do the job right. I had a big chain come in to clean the carpets throughout the house just before we moved in about three years ago, and they were here for all of ten minutes (literally) and the carpets looked no better afterwards. Matt, by contrast, spent an hour and a half on two (sizable) rooms, with great results. We didn't have any major stains or soiling; it was mainly just normal wear-and-tear in the high-traffic areas. I had him apply stain protection in one small area that takes a beating, and I've already seen proof that it works: I accidentally spilled some water there a few days ago, and it just beaded up on the surface -- was easy to blot it right up. Matt was also completely punctual and very professional. Teddy Bear may cost a bit more than the chains, but in this case, you get what you pay for.

Matt arrived and reviewed what I wanted him to do and the cost. He discounted the price because I had cleared out almost all of the furniture that had to be moved. Thought that was nice. We ended up adding the second stairway. He was a true gentleman and seemed to really care about the job he was doing. Overall, he did a good job. However, I was disappointed that the one spot I pointed out to him wasn't removed. It looked like it was when he left, but when it dried it reappeared. I decided to try to remove it myself with my carpet cleaner and had no problem removing it. So that bothered me. I don't know if used the wrong approach to removing it or if he missed it, but itwas quite large. Then I discovered a few more small stains I hadn't seen before he started or while the carpet was damp. I ended up removing those myself, as well. So I'm not sure if this was a fluke or what. I would have called him to come back, and I'm sure he would have come back, but I had to make special arrangements to work at home and couldn't do that again and my guests for whom I was getting the carpet cleaned were arriving in a couple days. So bringing him back wasn't feasible. All of the reviews I read before I made the appt were glowing. So when I need the same services, I'd consider using him again, if the reviews continue to be as exceptional as they were when I checked this time.

Just got off the phone with Matt and he was awesome. I asked about carpet cleaning services and he was honest, ethical and straightforward about my options and recommended a solution for my basement carpet that meant I wouldn't need his services. Imagine that! A guy who is running his own business who is so straightforward with people he provides honest advice - even if that means he doesn't get the job. That is the definition of ethical -- looking out for your customer's best interests. I am using him when i actually have a carpet cleaning job and highly recommend him based on his knowledge and approach to customer service.

He is great. I am planning on having him back. It was reasonably priced. He is very reliable and truthful. I had a carpet that I wanted him to work on and he did for a little bit, then he let me know that it wasn't working. He seems very ethical and he is a nice guy. He does a great job and he was very conscientious.

I called Matt who came to measure a day or two later. He gave us a detailed estimate, discounting some for having little furniture to move in several rooms. He came to do the carpet cleaning two days later, right on time. He was friendly, professional, and careful. I will definitely have him back in the future and recommend him to others. My wife and I were both pleased with the service and the results.

I was satisfied with the experience and would work with them again in the future.

Matt Taylor, the owner, performed the work himself and did an excellent job. He was able to remove all of the stains, including one that was two years old, from the carpet. In addition, he went above and beyond by coming out to our house again the following week to remove fresh stains (our son vomited on the carpet 5 days after it had been cleaned!), for no additional charge. We would highly recommend Teddy Bear Carpet Care for the quality and service they provide.

Overall I am extremely satisfied and can not recommend Teddy Bear enough. I was able to set up an appointment for several days after I called, and he arrived when he said he would. The quote was reasonable, and a few hours later I had freshly cleaned carpets. The work was immaculate and Matt is a great guy and super easy to work with, making the entire process enjoyable.

On my initial call, Matt answered the phone himself, gave me a general quote on the phone. We made an appointment for the following week. On that day he phoned to see of he could come early!! He was very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all our questions to our satisfaction. He helped my husband move a couple pieces of furniture out (since I have a healing broken arm and couldn't do it). The actual bill was less than quoted, due to a discount given for being a member of Angie's List even though we didn't have the coupon. The two carpets look great!!

He went out of his way to help dry some carpet in my basement that was wet as a result of a recent storm. He also left a commercial fan for the weekend to dry the carpet after he vacuumed the water. He forgot to charge me, so he did when he came back to pick it up.

Matt carefully inspected the rooms to determine if there were stains, suggested several forms of cleaning, advised one, and undertook the job in a thorough manner. Since this was cleaning an empty house prior to move-in, he offered to return for touch-ups if movers caused carpet stains.
